I was then told the compressor was not working and that I would need to pay around another $1,700 for repairs. If I move forward with having the vehicle fixed through Gatto's, I will be facing nearly $2,500 total spent on an AC issue that was not resolved after the original repair. My concern is how a compressor issue was not identified during the original visit when my vehicle was there for over three hours. I trusted Gatto's to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle, but now I am being asked to pay for another major repair shortly after the first one. I hope management reviews this situation and takes responsibility. Customers trust repair shops to provide accurate diagnoses and quality work, not to pay for the same issue twice.
