He took me right away and had the tire off like a NASCAR pit crew. He put the tire on the machine and couldn't find anything. Then he took the tire off and inspected the inside. He still couldn't find anything but he said that there was corrosion on the rim. He proceeded to wirebrush the entire rim on both sides. When he was done he put it all back together, and reinstalled it. I don't think I was there more than 20 minutes. After all that he only charged me $20. The best part? They didn't have the right size tire but he was able to direct us to the Sam's club down the road who did. He filled our tire up twice just to make sure we could get us to where we can get it repaired. He even offered to go to Sam's club and get the tire. The lady I spoke with quoted me $100, which I honestly thought was extremely high. I mentioned that it seemed ridiculous for a tire plug, but I still agreed to pay the price because I needed the service. At some point, the repair guy grabbed the phone from her and immediately started speaking to me with an attitude. He told me I could have a tow truck bring my car to him and that he'd charge me double. I never said I wasn't going to pay -- I was just trying to understand why the price was so high. Instead of explaining professionally, he became rude and told me to just go somewhere else if it was a problem. I wasn't trying to start an argument at all, but the way he spoke to me was disrespectful and unnecessary. Because of his attitude, I ended the call. Very unprofessional customer service. I understand mobile services cost more, but there's no excuse for talking to customers that way. I will definitely not be using this company and wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.

*** Scam ALERT *** Went in to have my tires rotated as the…read morefronts are pretty worn and the backs have a lot of tread left. I know if I rotate, I can get another oil change out of them. Somebody came out to the lobby and said he could not work on my car. Gave me a list of issues: the serpentine belt, Wiper blades, New shocks, and new tires. The only accurate thing was that I'm ready for new tires. The funny part that made my eyes go wide. When he said I needed a serpentine belt, I just had that done. He also pointed out that my shocks were leaking, but there were no drips on them that would indicate a leak, and the car's not riding like it has bad shocks. Because my serpentine belt and wiper blades were just changed in November. A few days later, I went to my regular mechanic to look at the shocks and try to upgrade them. It turns out the shocks are not leaking. mileage I called the store to ask about how this could have occurred. Basically, there's a list and they're just gonna make recommendations off mileage, not do an inspection. Also told me that rotating the tires and putting the tires with good tread on the front drive tires would serve absolutely no purpose.
