Instead of taking it back to them my husband and his mechanic friend decided to just do it themselves. When they took the rear end axel off and apart, they found that almost everthing was original to the truck. He said only the outer bearings had been replaced (our reciept said a full bearing kit) ...the easy ones to get to. He also saw that these bastards reused the seals/gaskets, just put a bunch of blue sealer glue on them! Seals don't cost that much and if you are going to charge someone for it, you better replace it. I advise that you stay as far away from this place as possible.
