Ordered two tire online. The only way it seems to get the size you want. Went to pick them up and have them installed. They could only find one the right size and said another one was sent being the wrong size. So no choice had the one right one installed. The technician had an attitude when they tried to explain the problem and where to install the tire. I always check the lug nut torque after any wheels have been serviced. Not only did it take me and two gorillas to break the lugs free to properly retorque them. But the tech went to the trouble of going to the opposite wheel and cranked those lugs down where he had no business touching them. I oversee 9 family vehicles and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Walmart on new tires and services. Although I have been lucky to have had some good experiences, lately quality has diminished greatly. Some of the techs working there are really good but there are definitely a lot of bad apples unfortunately. Some of them should be transferred to shelf stocking and hope they can do it right. You usually get a good price but think about is it worth taking a chance? P.S. I was 17 yrs old when I was first ripped off by a so called mechanic. It was a good experience after all because I spent over 40 yrs. working on my own stuff and I learned a little bit. Thanks for reading. (Currently looking for a Walmart alternative.) read more
