Went in to seek vinyl Lp records. The collection was pretty slim. No good finds. The store, compared to the many Goodwills that I visit, is quite clean and well organized. There's plenty of natural light from the many windows. The aroma, which can be offensive in many older thrift stores, is just mildly mossy here. The employees are cheerful & helpful. read more

This Goodwill is crap. They don't reduce prices on Friday like ALL other Goodwill stores in SO CO. They separate the good stuff and send it to sister stores, so there are garbage clothes and nicknacks. So that is also crap. They take anything good that resalers can take and resell and mark it up to eBay prices. THIS IS THE BIGGEST BS. It's not even a savings to you anymore at this point if they charge as much as eBay, why would I go out of my house to buy from them? There is no incentive. it used to be a place for poor people to save $$ and for resellers to buy unique, researched unicorn items and make great sales for all their search efforts. I also hate that they make you sort every donation. Why are your staff there? make them do it. crappy ass store. seriously. Special sections for boutique items? Just stop! you are ripping off poor people. HOW GROSS. Just make all the items cost the same. Jackets are jackets. stop pricing differently to earn your CORPORATION MORE- stop trying to compete with eBay sellers. It's supposed to be a thrift store. It's supposed to be affordable. This is a great thrift store, I can always find something fun and different, and always end up leaving with some cute and clean clothes. The employees are friendly and helpful. I also like that I can drop off things I'm not using any more to fix and new homes with people instead of going to the dump. read more

Unsuspecting location is a surprisingly great little Goodwill. I have found some fabulous lamps here, most priced at just $5! Decor items and a great selection of hard cover books are very reasonable as well. Definitely worth a stop any trip to Windsor. read more

Wow- $5 each for kids shorts they will grow out of in 1 month? $3 is just for infants.... It all says "kids" but okkkk. Not to mention when you drop off, they make YOU sort everything out.... Maybe I have been in SoCal for too long but we never had to do that down there- it's more about customer service. Drop, ask if we want a receipt and go! When did the goodwills in Northern California get so money hungry?? Bring back the colored tag system to look for the deals and get on Southern California's level. read more

So just to clarify, Good Will will not accept perfectly good office/computer chair because they had fabric on the back , but they will accept random bags of pee soaked clothing and shoes people had athletes foot in. Wow, great policy. read more

A Hispanic girl in her mid 20s was very stuck up! My mother and I were very upset with our shopping experience. I mean if your that miserable with your job don't work in customer service. White male in his early 20's with a arm tattoo was extremely rude to not only my father and I but also a group of Latinos. They were asking why a certain item couldn't be donated and he proceeded to call them "stupido". Then he came over to my father and I and had a horrible attitude and yelled at us saying he wouldn't take our perfectly good items then laughed at us and walked away. read more

Apparently the biggest charity of this organization is giving jobs to people who couldn't be hired somewhere else. Rude and lazy. Now, they've seriously cut back on what they accept. I'm tired of them tossing decent clothes, shoes and housewares back in the bag while picking through the electronics or high value items like they're doing me a favor. I've been shopping at this location for 3 years & I'm sorry to say their prices have steadily increased to beyond ridiculous. I've found many a bargain while shopping at second hand stores & recycling the treasures for several years. Websites like Pinterest have catapulted the recycle & reuse idea. I don't know if it's for this reason or not, but Goodwill has taken a turn for the worse & jacked up the prices unreasonably. The idea (I thought) was to move the merchandise, not over price it & let it languish in the store for days/weeks. I saw the same dirty, in very poor condition adirondak chairs for weeks that never sold. They were way over priced. How about pricing the merchandise REASONABLY & fairly & then it becomes a win-win for everyone. Like it used to be. Kudos to the staff there. They are always friendly & always working to keep the store organized. And one more thought: Pick of the Litter Store on Piner has great prices & is very organized. read more

Recent changes in their price structure is too high for thrift store. They used to have color days that were discounted, no longer. Also, many stores fail to put prices on items. You can do better buying retail clothing at a discount instead of used clothing priced out of range. It is supposed to be a Thrift Store. read more

Great stop for cheap clothing or neat stuff. Love looking in the bins on top of the clothing racks. You never know what you'll find.

I came by this last week to drop off some donations. They accept donations every day until 5:30pm every day for donations (it says this both on the Goodwill website and on the doors to the donation area), and admittedly I cut it a little close, and got there at 5:25. I noticed the doors at the donation area were locked, so I walked around the building to the store. No one was up front at the register, and I had to walk around for a few minutes before I found a worker. I told him that the doors to the donation section were locked and that I had some things to donate. He apologized and said they were closed, that they close at 5:15. I told him that both online and on the doors it says they accept donations until 5:30. He seemed surprised, which is odd. He then said that they were understaffed, but that if I only had a little he could take them. So I walked around the building again and waited for them to unlock the doors, and a woman helped me. As she was taking my things, she told me that they usually closed for donations at 5:00pm, and that if I didn't see a sign out front pointing to the donations spot they were closed, that the people accepting donation usually leave before 5:30. I asked her I how I was supposed to know if they were still open, and she recommended I call ahead. Now I'm not blaming either of the staff, they were obviously understaffed and that's not their fault. But if any manager is reading this, it's absurd that you aren't following your own listed hours. If you want to close for donations at 5:00pm, that's fine, but your website and your sign should say so. It's incredibly unprofessional to just close up earlier than your listed hours. Don't understaff your store to the point where your employees can't keep up with basic services. read more

I came in the store about thirty minutes till close.Nice girl at the front counter, told me the daily deals and all about the sales. So I looked around found some clothes to try on. Went to the front to have the dressing room unlocked. The girl at the front says sorry we closed the dressing rooms. It being so close to closing it makes more work for us. Uh, duh....that is your job. So if you can tell me about all deals tell us up front about your stupid policy. Hard to shop for clothes if I can't try them on. Gave the girl the pile of my clothes and walked out. Sorry she says....have a good night. This did not make me happy! read more

I just wanted to say this is the friendliest staffed Goodwill in Sonoma County. Kymberlie is always so helpful and has amazing customer service skills she is always running around multi tasking with a smile on her face The other Goodwills could learn a thing or two from this store. Ive been shopping here ever since I found it in October of last year. I live a few towns over but it's well worth the drive. I always find amazing items and great deals :) I don't know what these other reviews are talking about: the nice ladies always make announcements about the dressing rooms closing at 7:30 pm and it's understandable they close at 8:00 pm which means everyone has to be out of the store by 8:00 not shop around til 8:00. I bought a couple of jackets last Friday there. They had a sale all over the store that was 50% off all pink tag items. I had one pink tag item, but the lady charged me full price...I knew I didn't get the sale with the total. I said something to her...asking how much the jackets were...that it's a bit much for one item that was suppose to be half off. I had to remind her that one of the jackets has a pink tag that was suppose to be half off. Then she said, "Oh, okay." Her response and tone came across as if she knew what she was doing...perhaps just trying to see if I would notice and if not, they wouldn't have to give me the sale. I would have lost $6...her original total was around $17 and it went reduced to $11. There was another Goodwill worker nearby that apparently knew what was going on. He said, "I like the other price better (meaning the $17 total)as he looked at me then said, "just kidding." Well, I wasn't amused. Goodwill is getting awfully greedy...many of the stores including this one try to suck you out as much as they can. read more
