I love the spaciousness in their new location and although they can get busy, the aisles are large and accommodating. Everything is well organized, and their prices are very reasonable. I've found dishware, artwork, clothing, baskets, golf clubs, purses, and so much more here.

After two or three weeks, I emailed Roe to see if she would contact me for a make-up appointment. After about a week, she replied that she would try to "squeeze me in." This was very off-putting. Also, their pay-out policy is strange. I have been consigning clothes for a long time, and I have never dealt with a business like this where we have to beg them to take our things. Very disappointing. It would have been nice not to have to go into SF where there is a wonderful consignment shop. Guess I'm going to SF from now on.
