They clearly are okay tagging items as authentic when not. Anyone who does thrifting/restoration of mid range or high end purses should avoid here for your own good. ONLY store I have came across that does not welcome back bags and refunds for situations like this. Many shops down in the Haight district also have strict no return policies but take situations like this seriously and have always been not only grateful it was brought to their attention, but remedy the whole transaction. Recommend going down to the city or just avoiding it for the sheer fact their customer service is trash. If you want to be scammed by a company that doesn't care if they sell you counterfeit goods, this is the place to go.
