As has been our experience at the other locations, this one was very clean, organized, and had a lot of merchandise to offer. And just recently they have started to open up the dressing rooms so you can try items on, if needed. You can even return items w/ your receipt for store credit. I've been to this location numerous times but I have to admit I seldom find anything really collectible or desirable. I do give the staff a lot of credit for keeping everything well arranged on the shelves. One other nice thing is that the bathrooms are spacious and relatively clean and you don't need a key to access them. Due to Covid ,they no longer have their Sat auctions on what's inside the bid cases. Tuesday is 30% off for seniors 55 and above. Other businesses within this strip center is an H-E-B, Twin Liquors, Subway and a Burger King, along with a few others. read more

This goodwill sucks there's always a mess except for when the short black haired girl is there, the managers are rude one of them doesn't even speak English and the other looks like a 12 year old and the managers are always yelling and I can hear them arguing in the back and there where two events where their staff got hurt and had to go home because I saw them walk out it was on completely different days but still and also the red head cashier is so rude she always looks mad and both of the black haired cashier the old lady and the young girl are so sweet and kind they ask about my day but the red hair girl just stays quiet and never looks at me or speaks she sounds like she doesn't wanna be there and walks like she doesn't even wanna work there all the cashiers look so tired I hope they're getting treated well the back staff that came to do my price check also seemed very bothered,mad and rude when he came to grab the shoes I was purchasing, I hope the managers at this goodwill are kind to their staff and actually care about them and aren't just pushing them around, have a nice day sort things out. read more

Love shopping inside at this store. Staff is always friendly. I did however have a bad experience with the donation drop off. The gentleman that approached my vehicle seemed like he was having a very bad day cause when I greeted him he answered with an snide reply of "fine" I had some items behind my driver side seat and did the mistake of getting out of my car, wearing my mask, of course, to place the items outside and the guy taking my donations yelled at me to get back in the car and to remain six feet due to Covid. He explained it was policy and I apologized and told him I did not see the sign and I was only trying to help. He obviously did not care for my apology as he called me a "bitch" as he closed the hatch of my car. I apologized again letting him know I was not aware of the policy and he did not have to call me a bitch but he did not care. He seemed like a very anger person and worry for the well being of his coworkers and other people who might come across him when making donations. read more

It's a pretty standard Goodwill store. I usually come here looking for stuff to pilfer as unique jewelry displays and sometimes I have luck...most times not, but that's the nature of the Goodwill game. Staff are friendly. Prices are so-so. When you see the "original" price tag on something, and Goodwill's is higher - that's a problem. :( read more

Its like going garage sale hunting without driving all over town. If your young and need to supply your new apartment, need a costume, or maybe even find small appliances and electronics, sometimes new. I got a KRUPS counter top oven, brand new for $20, that doesn't always happen, but also found some vintage Le Crueset cookware for $5. You never know what you might find. Great place. read more

I'm so disappointed in the type of associates hired at this goodwill. My receipt says store associates name was Cassandra. During my purchase, something was slowing down the system. She then took my card out from card machine and placed it right beside her register. Me being the nosy b that I am..I watched her open up her camera and hover over my debit card. I remained quiet, waiting for her next move. She snapped a photo quickly clicked her home button then placed her phone down. She then grabbed my card and pretended to look at her computer. I WAS IN SHOCK. She asked me to try my card again.. I still said nothing. I completed my transaction. I called the store once I left & spoke with a lady who claimed to be store management. She tried to justify the associates actions and claimed it must have been a mistake. She did apologize & she also took my name & phone # She mentioned that she would speak to her about this. One of my most favorite Goodwills in the area! The staff are always exceptional, friendly, outgoing, and working hard! Management is also! Their halloween selection was by far the most organized and most bountiful compared to the others in the area! They always keep the store well organized and clean considering they have to endure the endless job of picking up after crazy family of 12 running around and misplacing things. The selection is always top notch. Clothes are organized neatly, I always find some good sporting equipment, and furniture is usually varied and if good quality (but doesn't stay long). I hit this place up at least once a week, even if it's just for a quick walk through. I have yet to leave empty handed:) read more

From the moment your arrive, it looks appealing as many of the Goodwills, yet no greeting and some of the YOUNGER workers look more disoriented about the merchandise than regular age employees. It was a typical experience and seemed friendly enough. Shopping and walking through the aisles; there is variety, yet at the end of my excursion and on my way to pay--that was disappointing. First, there was one 30 something worker who seemed more interested in other things than provide service and when asked "are you open"; her response "the girl will be back, she went to the fitting room". Seemed condescending and not appreciative of the job she has and provide any customer service. She saw a few shoppers in the line for paying and yet seemed more interested in other things and when we did see the elder worker appear to the front; then suddenly she was ready to help other shoppers, yet a few of us just had to wait for the 20 something female who apologized for the delay and helped right away. It seems uncalled for when you're trying to be "earth conscious" and even once in awhile a bad apple seems to end your shopping fun with such disgruntlement. First and last time, I will go to this location; why bother if to be received so callus. If your into abrupt and a bit racial discension, then go here and just pay and leave, yet if you prefer the laid back (non-commercialized retail store) go elsewhere... read more
