Dropping off a donation of men's clothes which were in the back seat in large garbage bags. Waited for staff person to unload a car in front of us which didn't take long. Big production for this car to leave bc of a box truck partially blocking the road. We backed up to let her out but she wanted to pull forward to the worker had to get someone to move the truck before unloading our car. Worker had an attitude with us but not sure why. Will donate somewhere else. read more

This is definitely one of those much smaller Goodwill's out there. It's basically the size of a large convenience store. They do have a few short aisles of electronics, toys, glassware, and knickknacks. They do have a very large selection of shoes which are all displayed above the clothing racks. Like most Goodwill's, this store also is primarily geared towards clothing. They do have a fair amount of DVDs and books. Unless I lived in the immediate area, I would probably cross the store off my list. read more

This goodwill is one of the worst I've been to. Staff is rude, unhelpful, mean spirited, and overall uncaring of their jobs. Got called a "fat f*ck" by an employee while trying on halloween costumes. Horribly overpriced, and so many broken/damaged goods being sold here. read more

Today I was humiliated by a woman named joy at the dressing rooms. Joy decided to bang on my door nonstop even with my mother telling her that I'm coming out soon because I had a dressing room where I brought my car in and saw the clothes she forced me to come out without my top, in order to give her the car, and then continue to bang on the door and shut down the dressing this for everyone at that point, I was very calm and left the room, but I proceeded to leave without buying a single thing. Management really should reevaluate or train who they hire and customer service. read more

We stopped here the other day to pop some tags. Found two small mirrors that match my home decor for $1.99 each. There's a wide variety of stuff that's in excellent condition to choose from. I especially enjoyed looking at dishes and decorations. I even found a dog flea vacuum. Yep, that's what it's called. We laughed so hard. I now wish I'd taken a photo. 10 out of 10, would shop again! Nothing but awesome things to say about this store. It's one of the cleanliest and well organized goodwill's I've ever been in. The employees were super nice and gave us recommendations on which other goodwills to check out that have awesome inventory. The prices are a little higher than other whole-in-the-wall type thrift stores, but that's all goodwills, so to be expected. I'll definitely continue to stop by this one as I make my rounds! read more

Hopefully this review reaches higher management and customers who are concerned about how employers are treated: The new manger/ supervisor in store was so unprofessional, she kept taking personal phone calls from her wife in front of employees and on the clock. Moreover, she will treat the employees badly and definitely goodwill standards have been validated. Overall the worst management style. I wouldn't be surprised if they start having a higher turn over rate. read more

Everything was okay and there was an older lady up front who was really sweet. Upon checkout, one of the tops I picked up (a small knitted crop top) had a button that seemed to be missing causing the top to be unable to close. I asked if we could workout a price since this top was $7.49. After taking it to the back to ask a manager, an employee came back saying "she said no" and walked off. Was just left a little confused and agitated seeing as this top was literally just a piece of fabric that could be held in my fist, was broken, and was still priced at almost $8. read more

This is the closest Goodwill to my house. During my vacation, I was cleaning the garage, closets, and anything else not nailed down. I moved my car out of the garage to make room for the stuff I no longer needed, wanted or could use. After boxing it all, I start to load my car. First trip was with 15 boxes. When I arrive at the donation doorway, two young guys run out to help me unload. A young woman gave me a receipt and I headed back home. Wish I could have taken those two guys back with me to help load the 2nd batch in my car. This time I only had 12 boxes. Again the two guys hustled out to help me. This time the lady asked if I would be back with more before she handed me a second receipt. Nope, didn't go back because my back was hurting but I still have more closets to go. The inside is usually packed with everything you can imagine. I have picked up a few woven baskets, and my best buy was a slightly charred real wood end table. After some sanding, a coat of varnish, and a new top on the old table, it looks great in my living room. read more

I have a thing for quirky ceramic bowls. This location almost always scores me a good find since they tend to have a large selection to choose from in that department. I can usually find some good kids' books there as well that we amazingly don't already own. Worth a stop in! You just never know what you'll find. read more

This Goodwill is very hit or miss. I'm on a mission to not buy anything for the home that is brand new, so Goodwill has been my mecca for the past few months. Occasionally their furniture and dishes are the bomb- last time I walked out with a hundred bucks worth of stuff. That's a lot of good will treasurez, yall. This time- not so much. What I can say is that compared to the other Goodwills in the area, the selection is much better and there is no "dirty diaper" element- it's clean. C'mon! read more

I was in the area with 2 shopping bags of clothes to donate. I drive up to the side and got out of the car with the two small bags of donations and one of the employees there stopped me and said you have to wait in line. I didn't know you had to only drive up. He continued to say if everyone dropped stuff on his desk it would be a mess. He was rude and unhelpful. I'm only donating two small bags of clothes. He could of told me you can only drive up in a single file line, but he continued to be rude and scold me for my mistake. Think again what your saying please!!!!!! read more

I wont be going back. Every time I find something they try to overchatge me..telling me that a shirt is long so it is a dress ! Now they are pricing individually..and I can buy brand new stuff for less if I watch for clearances. A kohls brand kids dress was marked $8.99 ..used ! Needless to say, I didnt buy it. Wow. Just wow. I had been going to this goodwill for years, now all the men's shirts are $7.99 (some are $16.99) and the women's are $6.99, even the tank tops! That's disgusting that a business that's meant to use FREE donations as a means to help poor people is gouging customers. I can buy a BRAND NEW shirt at Walmart for less than at this goodwill! Explain how walmart can BUY a product and sell it on their shelves for LESS than goodwill can get a FREE product and sell it? Sorry but that's horrible. Support Salvation Army, they actually give you deals!! They will even haggle with you if you think the price is too high. I will never go to this goodwill again and I hope you all rethink giving your business to a goodwill that would charge MORE for used products than you can buy new at other stores.
