We asked for "medium hot" which was a tad above Tabasco sauce hot, so perfect to us--could've done hotter. Service was great too--we are only upset we had not tried this earlier as they had been here for a few yrs. It's only a few min from the Hard Rock casino too which would make a fun night out. From other reviews, I knew this was a popular place, so I made sure to arrive shortly after dinner service began to get a table. When I arrived, I was seated in a cushioned booth in the corner diagonally from the entrance. I think they gave me the best table in the restaurant, as it was tucked away and quiet, and I got a full view of the dining area. It was almost as if they knew this was my celebration for visiting all 100 counties in North Carolina. Service was friendly as well; there were many staff members walking around to see if anyone needed anything. They all seemed to work together. I went with the shrimp korma and ordered some garlic naan. I ordered the mango lassi for my beverage, too. The food came out fairly quickly, and I loved every bite. The portion was large, and they offered me a to-go box, likely at the point most people stop eating. But I knew I couldn't take it to go, so ate as much of it as I could there. Mint will be on my list for the next time I get to Boone.
