What a hidden gem in the suburbs. They have so many games to play checkers, connect 4, chess ect. Very clean, and friendly customer service. The food, my avocado toast was everything I could want in toast hahha. Soft thic cut bread, with a lot of avocado on top and cheese balls and drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Soooo good. The smoothies are fresh and so are the pressed juice. It's all around a nice experience with quality food.

This place is amazing the options are endless and now they even have a fall menu with pumpkin options. I had the nutty Nutella bowl and it's absolutely amazing with bananas, strawberries, Nutella, peanut butter and açaí. The service is always super fast and the staff is so friendly! The place is always very clean and very inviting.

Good food and good service. Nice and sunny indoor area. A bit pricey but the cost is understandable due to the fresh ingredients.

I was looking for a good…read morebrunch place around Villanova area and although this is outside the town, it was an easy commute. This was probably the best breakfast/brunch I've had in a very long time. The service was immaculate. They do not do reservations but if you go early enough, you can get a seat. My wife and I shared the full stack pancakes, and I had the breakfast burrito while she had the chicken waffles (plenty of leftovers). The star of the show were the pancakes. Now I've had a ton of pancakes in my day and make pancakes every single weekend but these were the best pancakes that I've ever had (on the record). I will be going back to this location every time I come back to Pennsylvania.

Sabrina's has been on my brunch places to try for a long time. I chose the Wynnwood location…read morebecause it was one with a shopping center and easier to find a parking place. We went on a Monday around 12pm. It was busy, but we were seated right away. Our waiter (Zacharius) was very nice. He helped my daughter decided between sweet and savory. She decided on Chicken and Biscuits (savory). Little did we know, it was a new item on their menu. It took a little longer to prepare. She didn't mind the wait if it was going to be good. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as anticipated. She said it tasted ok but the chicken was overcooked and the gravy was too thick. She let them know, and they seemed glad for the advice. The waiter said he would let the chef know so he could improve it. I decided on the Brioche French toast w/ strawberries. A side of scrapple and coffee. The French toast just tasted like toasted brioche bread (unfortunately). The syrup did the heavy lifting along with the strawberries to make it good. My advice would be to dip it in the batter (if there was any) longer to give it more flavor. I will not get that again! The coffee was pretty good. I also ordered a side of scrapple. Not telling my age......but I've been around for a while! Never in my life have I ever seen scrapple stand up (see photo). It was hard! Crispy like a potato chip! I was surprised that they had the nerve to serve it to me! I did break a piece off, because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Then I sent it back! I rarely send food back, but this was unexceptable. I must say they soon came back with some properly cooked scrapple. It tasted fine! Lastly, they have metal chairs. The chairs are very uncomfortable. Not sure if this is so you don't stay too long or not, but if that's the strategy....it works! I really don't like to give bad reviews. I try my best to find the positive if I can. Unfortunately this wasn't a very good first vist to Sabrina's for me, but they're staff was very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere and decor (except the hard chairs) was nice as well! That's why they get 2 stars. I will try another location sometime in the future and definitely order something else.

I personally had the raisin toast and it was sublime! Would have rated it a 6 star if I could. It was that good! We also ordered juice which was fresh squeezed. Excellent! Prices were good, which I find a tad up, but worth the quality. All in all, if you are in the Philly or Villy area, this is a must stop!

It just wasn't hot to me. Could have been the air temperature. The waiter was very attentive and stopped by a few times to see if we needed anything. Dad enjoyed his omelet and my pancakes were delicious. I didn't enjoy the bacon, taste like I was eating pig. I know it's pork but had a strong taste or flavor I didn't care for. Cheddar scrambled eggs were good but could have been hotter. Looks like a lot of seniors ate there. So good place to bring your parents.

The poke itself was very fine. Not a lot of options in either the fish department or the toppings department. And there are up charges for a lot of ingredients I feel are typically standard, like seaweed salad. I also got a creme brûlée drink which was definitely not worth the money. It feels mom and pop which I appreciate and do feel like with some small additions to their poke options this could be a nice spot if you're in the area.

The…read morefolks who run the place are super nice and attentive, definitely family-run, and because of that I am going to do what I can to support this local business because we don't need another chain joint in our area. And good on them for taking a risk on Bala village where few retail businesses have been willing to invest. Similar vibe inside to when it was Trails End but they have opened up all of the internal space for dining so plenty of options to sit inside on a cold day. Lots of take-out snacks and drinks are available for trail users, including a nice selection of iced cream bars, coffee, bars, etc. On to the food. I absolutely love ramen, so honestly, I'm happy to have someplace in our neighborhood where I can get a decent bowl. Overall everything was good. Solid bowl of homemade ramen. Not at the level of places like Hiro or Terakawa, but not at all flat and the noodles were well cooked. I got it with shrimp tempura which came with 2 small but super crunchy shrimp that went well with the soup. Also, I got an order of takoyaki which actually was surprisingly yummy. Good texture and flavor came on a nice little bed of lettuce. Again, not the best takoyaki ever, but still pretty yummy. Was happy with the milk tea I got, tasted home-brewed and they got my sugar level just right. The tapioca was just ok. My spouse got a creme brulé bubble tea which was similar to mine but with a custardyness to it that I was jealous of. For a small shop run by 2 people that sells a lot of different things in a super odd location in Bala, this place surprised me with how good it was. I'm giving it 5 stars because they are new and are still building the business and getting the kinks out. I really do think this place can become awesome if people keep going and give them feedback to allow them to make it even better. I wonder if having so many options (poke, ramen, etc) is hurting them as people are used to either going to a poke place or a ramen place. Is it possible to do both types of food really well, maybe. But honestly, I think if they chose one and really nailed it, this place would take off. My vote is for ramen, but that's just because I'm not big on poke and there are already a number of sushi spots in our area. Overall, if you live in the area, and have a craving for some poke, ramen, or bubble tea. Please, support them, and help them get even better! I'm rooting for Platform Z!

When I first saw that Hip City Veg was closing its Suburban Square location, it felt bittersweet, but that instantly turned into anticipation and cravings for those Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes when I saw that Dig Inn was taking its place! And from grabbing swag from them at Ardmore Rock n' Ride, to having an epic meal with fellow yelpers, to taking full advantage of them being on Too Good To Go, I've been digging into everything that they have to offer. Dig Inn might just be one of those places where I appreciate the sides more than I enjoy the main proteins. But so long as those sides feature offerings like sheet tray carrots, cheesy cauliflower, calabrian green beans, and more that change with the seasons, it's easy to understand why!But they extra go the extra mile with their chicken, tofu, wild salmon, and more. A zingy peanut sauce, thicker than your typical dressing, comes with it. The curry (chili, bamboo shoots, eggplant, string beans, basil leaves and coconut milk) is served in a bowl. It's soupier than what I'm used to, but packed with flavor. My friend was pleased with her som tum Thai (papaya salad.) The food is spicier than what you get in many Thai restaurants. I appreciate that they don't try to "Americanize" their recipes. We were the only ones there at 12:45, but by 1:00 plenty of tables were filled. The only person tending the floor was efficient, making sure everyone was taken care of. As said, a good experience!
