When I first saw that Hip City Veg was closing its Suburban Square location, it felt bittersweet, but that instantly turned into anticipation and cravings for those Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes when I saw that Dig Inn was taking its place! And from grabbing swag from them at Ardmore Rock n' Ride, to having an epic meal with fellow yelpers, to taking full advantage of them being on Too Good To Go, I've been digging into everything that they have to offer. Dig Inn might just be one of those places where I appreciate the sides more than I enjoy the main proteins.
