I ordered the original açaí bowl with chia seeds added onto it online and it was ready for my to pickup in 10-15 mins. With Covid and everything going on, you can go inside with a mask on and pick your order up ready in the freezer. It was pretty fresh and pretty filling as well. Very nice area but you're going to have to find a parking spot. There is a parking lot across the street but you have to pay for it and it's only a dollar. Açaí always yummy. Coconut and açaí base mix is the way to go. They are nice In that they let you customize them however you want. Are a bit pricey and the staff is sometimes a little underwhelming in terms of service but the açaí keeps me coming back! read more

Nice clean place, good employees, but there are some issues. First off the menu has too many items. I feel bad for the employees who have to make 15 different types of items, they should shave down a lot of stuff. The menu also doesn't have prices, because I assume they fluctuate often. Still they should have prices on the menu. You do have to wait 5-10 minutes but it's justified. They're busy, they have lots of orders, and they have a small work space to make all of the items on the menu. This branch is well operated but the overall juice pod structure needs improvements. read more

I've waited for 2 juices for 25 minutes and the customer in front of me has been waiting for 35 minutes for an açaí bowl. The staff are less then friendly nor do they communicate to the customer if there are delays. They seem very disorganized. Also, there is a health code violation here - the lady collecting all payments and cash is wearing gloves that she does not change when working with the food. You literally touched money, the most disgusting thing, then you touch people's fruits and food. I will not be returning to this location. I didn't get a smoothie, but a number were sold why I was there. They looked delicious. One critique: my order process was confusing, and frustrating. I usually go to the Newtown Square location but have been to the Bryn Mawr and Springfield ones as well. I love their food! My go to are the nutter butter or skinny chocolate smoothies, the burrata toast and the açaí bowls. It's unusual that my family finds a healthy take out place we can all agree on, but juice pod works! The menu is huge and the food takes time to prepare (we always ask for substitutions and additions and they always get it right) and since I am not a patient person I order on line in advance. I wait 20 minutes to drive over and it is always ready. If you are in a rush, order in advance, this place does work like the Dunkin' next door. I was very excited to try the juice pod. I've seen that a new one is opening near me in newtown square so I decided to travel to Bryn Mawr to give it a try. However, I was greatly disappointed and appalled by the level of service or lack there of I received. Upon my arrival, I saw 4 ladies behind the counter, one of which was very eager to assist another customer. I would hate to make this about race, however, I stood directly in front of the counter for at least 5 minutes (after waiting for a considerable amount of time, I began timing my wait). I stood directly in front of the register, as they repeatedly took phone orders. All 4 of them continued to walk back and forth WHILE MAKING EYE CONTACT, and never even said hello. Unfortunately, I decided to leave, and will no longer be in support of the juice bar. Hopefully going forward, they will be equally as eager to assist all of their customers. read more

I could hear the employees debate for 10 minutes whether they even had the ingredients for my smoothie, and asked me if I could switch to another option. This should've been figured out way earlier. Service was extremely slow for amount of people working, and size of orders. Be prepared to wait. Definitely wasn't worth it.
