I would give this company less than zero. I would not use Carlos even for free. He is a dishonest and very unprofessional person. I hired him in December through his friend who was working previously for a moving company that did my move five years ago. I had a sudden emergency to move my personal stuff to a storage due to mold in my apartment. The distance from my apartment to the storage was very close, 2.1 miles. The move of personal stuff included clothing, shoes, few pillows, Christmas tree- ornaments and linens. I had almost everything packed in expensive nice linen boxes from the Container store, except for clothing that were all on hangers and Carlos was supposed to bring new Wardrobe boxes in order to be stored in such boxes. However, he did not bring any; instead, I found out later that he used few dirty old boxes that were labeled kitchen stuff and he dumped the rest in trash bags that I provided, as he did not bring enough boxes ( his dirty boxes). He took advantage of my situation big time. I did not see what he used until I brought back last month my belongings from the storage to my apartment. I was supposed to label what he packed in the dirty boxes, but he did not give me a chance. He dumped them fast in his small truck and kept saying it is going to rain so he needs to finish fast. He also promised when I hired him to bring a big truck from U-haul but he did not. One lie after another. I had washed and cleaned everything before he dumped my clothings in his dirty boxes and trash bags. Upon bringing back my stuff from storage I had to wash everything again. I asked him to cover the linen boxes. He covered only one completely as I was in the same room. The rest he covered part of the boxes in plastic. He charged me $300,00 in cash, supposedly for 3 hours, for a big truck and wardrobe boxes. but he was done in less than an hour and a half as the person who helped him did most of the work. In addition, he did not bring the big truck or the wardrobe boxes. I did all the packing, and all he did was dump my clothing and pillows in trash bags and few dirty boxes. All my linen boxes are ruined. He tore the covers and most are smashed as he squeezed them in his tiny truck. As if this is not enough, he asked to use my restroom. I was so busy rushing with packing my linen boxes. I agreed. When I came back from the storage, I entered the bathroom, it was so dirty. I was in shock. He left a big mess. It was disgusting. I had to clean and clean the bathroom. How professional and respectful is this? He deserves less than Zero in everything including quality of work, lies, overcharging, dirty boxes, a small truck, ruining my linen boxes, using my restroom and leaving it dirty. It was such a horrible experience! Be careful and look for a professional and honest company. I learned my lesson. I hired a great company that brought back my stuff from the storage to my apartment. It was one person who handled everything carefully and efficiently. He had a big truck. He even covered my floor when he stepped inside. He opened the boxes for me and did not accept taking the boxes as his company use only new boxes. He threw them in trash for me and was done in less than 2 hours. I paid his company the next day $150.00 by credit card. It was such a pleasure to work with a honest, professional, fast and careful mover. Do yourself a favor and do not do my mistake. I originally found them on groupon but messaged them for some questions. They were extremely fast replying and easy to coordinate. I worked with Carlos and we worked out an hourly rate with packing services. They wrap, ensure the safety of my goods, and filled it all up in the uhaul. We had 4 guys for 11 hours and grabbed practically everything in my house! Especially when i asked them to focus on the big items first. They even had wardrobe boxes which helped to move my hung clothes much easier! At the new house they even ttook off their shoes or wore booties to respect my household so I appreciated that! I used Good Morning Movers in late February of 2024 for a move from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment. The initial interaction was fine, they quickly started moving things and everything was going well. I was moving in with a roommate who used her own separate moving company. She met up with me at my place, the movers didn't have too much left, but they still had a couple trips to load up, so I told them I would meet them at the new apartment address. I left before/right around 10am. They didn't arrive to the new apartment until 11:30am. Once there they moved everything in, took longer than expected, I think they finished close to, if not a little bit after 2pm. Keep in mind, my roommate's moving company started a little after Good Morning Movers had arrived at my place, but her moving company arrived at the new apartment and finished moving much sooner than Good Morning Movers (and was cheaper, almost $100 difference). When they were finally done, I asked Carlos how much I owed him, he did one calculation, I forgot what the number was, but it was $500-something. He said he had calculated wrong and then gave me a new number of $625. When I initially booked the moving service with Crystal, she said she would give me a rate of $99/hr and she would waive the fuel cost of $40. I believe I was overcharged, whether Carlos accidentally charged me the fuel price or not, 5 hours of service x $99/hr does not equal $600+. Whatever. Then, when everything was said & done I turned my TV on and noticed discoloration in the top right corner like it had been damaged. My TV did not have any discoloration the last time I had turned it on before the move, so thinking it was damaged in the move, I emailed Crystal to come to some sort of resolve. I emailed her on 2/24/24 and am writing this review on 3/8/24. I still have not heard back from Crystal. To summarize, the service was okay, I know there are cheaper/faster moving companies out there and after they overcharge you, they ignore you. Thank you for a learned lesson, I guess. read more

I believe it was Crystal, Carlos, and one more person that came to the move. All three were super kind and careful of moving my stuff I didn't feel the need to watch over them as they moved my stuff to the truck and back to my new place. Left my keys with Crystal as they needed the fob key for the entrance and elevator. I was still packing as they were moving my stuff and they were very understanding and kind. Moving can be stressful especially since I wasn't fully packed but they calmed me down and let me pack. They are also SUPER gentle with all furniture so I didn't worry about scratches and damages to the furniture or the house. My dad will be moving next month and he was impressed with their moving he will be using them for his move too! I have used these movers in the past and had a great experience so when it came time to move again I called them up right away. Unfortunately this time did not go as smoothly. This company does not stand behind their service. They ruined my brand new sofa during the move by throwing a bag of paint that they weren't even asked to move on it and did not take responsibility for it. The scheduler, Crystal, refused to take my call and would not respond to any of my messages. They obviously have no kind of liability insurance for these kinds of incidents. They don't care about you or your things. I'm uploading a picture of the message I received from Crystal so you can see proof of how they treat their customers. I'm a single woman who had to move suddenly because of a leak and mold damage in my apartment so they're hurting me by not taking responsibility for their actions. They only care about themselves which is very evident in this message from Crystal. I already paid them almost $1,000 and will have to spend another $180 to fix the damage they caused. Good morning movers left me in a pretty bad predicament after using their service. I'd gotten 3 movers for what I hoped to be a 3 to 4 hour job. The office lady Crystal recommended 2 movers for my 1 bedroom apartment move that was within 5 minutes of one another. The 3 movers took a total of 6 hours. After getting Carlos and his team situated I stepped out to handle some errands. When I came back I noticed one of them got thirsty because they took a soda out of my refrigerator and drank it without asking. It made me wonder what else did they do while I was gone. As I'd walk out to check on their work I'd always see the movers on their phones texting and talking. The icing on the cake is that they cracked my bedroom television. I'd only had two televisions and would have assumed they'd know to place them carefully in the truck. After reaching out to the office they told me their insurance goes by weight. They told me insurance only covered around $26 but they could give me $150. I told Crystal that I tipped the drivers $150 and that this was unacceptable. She eventually told me the most they could do is $200 to which I told her "I'll take the best that you can do, but I will be writing a review every possible place I can". And here we are. After spending $1000 on movers (6 hours for a 1 bedroom with 3 movers was disappointing), I am now out of another $1000 for a new television (at least I got to upgrade to a 75"). I am very disappointed with the service and overall would not recommend these movers. I understand this is a "family owned business who relies heavily on its reviews" which is why I think it would be even more important for you guys to make things right when your customers come to you with concerns. read more

I initially found the service from Groupon. As the description stated, we need to call them before make a purchase of the deal. So I called the moving company, and the worker asked me to buy from them directly over from Groupon, they would offer me same price. This is the biggest mistake that made. After the movers left, we found there's a damage on the wall. We're sure that's made during the move. We contacted them, they sent the mover come take a look. Sadly, the mover was deflecting, didn't admit that was made by them! And it was shameless the mover told us to ask our property maintenance to fix it, which was the damage they made! I did not get the name of the two movers who helped us but I can not stress how great a job they did. They drove all the way from Chatsworth to Corona (they came as a recommendation from a family member and I never bothered to look where they were located). Despite the long haul and probably unexpected length of time it took they treated us like we were the only customer in the world. They took care of every single piece of furniture with extreme care. Furniture pads, shrink wrap to hold it all in place and claimed sets of stairs like no other! Thanks to their great work we were able to get our entire move done in on weekend because we had plenty of time to unpack! Amazing! Carlos, Oscar, and Fernando worked so hard. I couldn't believe how fast they worked! I have hired movers before and these guys are by far the best. I did a terrible job packing and planning, and they were still able to finish on time and with great attitudes. They actually had to load and unload all of my items 7 times because their truck didn't fit into my apartment complex, and we had to use a smaller truck for part of the trip (my bad). These guys will do anything to get the job done well. Even with all of the loading and unloading, none of my items were damaged. These guys are very polite and family oriented. I am a USAF Veteran and expect nothing but the best. These guys are the best! These guys were respectful of me and my personal items. They even had to remove my door to get my treadmill out and they did it successfully. I looked around for awhile and most companies cost a lot more than these guys, but do a lot less. These guys worked until the late hours getting my belongings into my new place. They never complained and they worked hard to complete the move. I would recommend them to anyone I know. This review is overdue, but must be written. I used this company back in August 2020, to help me move all my heavy furniture and a few antiques from a two story house, to a two bedroom apartment. Danis and George were the best, carefully wrapping my furniture, carrying down a flight of stairs, and even went as far as helping me put the heavy furniture in place at the new apartment by following the floor plans I'd put on on the walls for my own guidance. Danis and George went above and beyond, because there's no way I would've been able to move the heavy furniture to their final resting place on my own after they had left. They were truly amazing and very sweet about it. That said, moving is hell, and I don't plan to move again any time soon, but based on my own experience, I highly recommend this company. Before the moving day I worked with Crystal on a quote. The charges seemed upfront and somewhat reasonable. So I went with them. Move day came and the movers showed up in the designated time frame and proceeded to go over the costs that I had agreed upon. Except they told me that they "have to" shrink wrap every item and that I have to pay for cost materials and time to shrink wrap everything. Since everything is done on an hourly basis, I explained to Dennis the mover that I didn't want to shrink wrap everything and it was my understanding that I could just use the furniture pads which are included. He said the furniture needs to be shrink wrapped to, so I became upset this was BS and unanticipated charges. I was visibly frustrated and upset and verbally so. I tried to contact the office but they didn't answer right away. Dennis didn't like the way I was speaking about the situation; mind you I wasn't talking to him about him and he decided to take my frustration personally and told me he was leaving and not moving my stuff, which left me in a bad situation. After he left, I spoke to Crystal again abs she agreed that I didn't have to get everything shrink wrapped, so Dennis was wrong for enforcing that. This company was ok with their movers bailing. Needless to say, this was a bad experience. If you were to use company, i would make sure in writing you have the option to use the shrink wrap or not. Get it all in written detail up front, so they can't sucker punch you. I cannot speak to the moving experience, because technically I never used them. On a side note, I ended up getting free service from work and two movers. They didn't shrink wrap anything and they only used 2 furniture pads.
