I already knew how many movers I likely needed, what size truck I was looking for, and had spoken with many similar moving companies and knowing what they usually offer. Instead, the salesperson basically told me it could be "$2,000 or $10,000" without asking any questions to narrow anything down. When I said I needed to check my calendar because the proposed meeting time was difficult, she became impatient and rushed me for an answer. I explained that I had other appointments and might need to pass because of the timing -- and before I could even finish my sentence, she hung up on me. That was extremely rude and honestly shocking. Regardless of pricing or availability, basic customer service means letting someone finish speaking before hanging up. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to trust them with an actual commercial move. !!Be cautious!!
