Fantastic service! I somehow managed to lock myself out this afternoon but as luck would have it, I had my phone on me. A few keystrokes later, they were on the way. They arrived quickly and unlocked my door within seconds. The rep (he was probably the owner but I didn't catch his name) was so nice and professional. He even gave me a discount for finding him on Yelp. They will be my go-to from here on out. They even have 24 hour mobile service for those who have a knack for getting locked out after normal business hours. read more

Good Lock and Key is the best! Had to deal with the nightmare of losing my keys and finding someone to replace a key and remote for a 2013 Honda CR-V. Good Lock and Key gave me the cheapest quote and was able to arrive within 15 minutes of calling! When a complication came up because the serial number on the lock was unreadable due to wear and tear (I couldn't even read it), they were able to solve the issue with only a $20 price increase--which still put them about $100 cheaper than both of the other quotes I got. They were able to do the work, remove my old lock, put a new one in, and program a new remote within just a couple hours. They were very friendly and even offered to make me a duplicate of my new key at a discounted rate. If I ever lose my key again (God forbid) I will definitely go through them! Thank you so much! read more

This review is 100% authentic, I was so impressed and blown away by the service here that I decided to immediately write about my experience. The fist thing I will say is that before I called these guys, I made like 20 calls to the locksmith businesses In the general Pasadena area. The issue was a broken key in the ignition of my car, Yikess!!! It was the most horrible of all experiences to have this happened. I called around town and all I got were answering machines with a directory that was full of endless options but no human to speak to. After reaching several business, most of them could either not do the job of extracting the broken key and making a replacement, did not have the ability to give me a price quote for the work, or worse, they could not guarantee that my ignition would work after the extraction. Finally I found Good Luck & Key on the internet and boy was I truly lucky. I called and immediately reached a person his name was Mike. I explained the horrible situation and he assured me he could do the job. I arrived at the business and the place was immaculate and professional. Mike told me to wait a couple minutes and he immediately went to work on the key extraction. Within a few minutes he had achieved what felt like the impossible and in no time he had made me a replacement key!!!!! His skill level and his professionalism were incredible. This guy can fix any issues u might have with your locks, any lock, of any kind. Not only this, but he charged me an amazing fair price. I am so pleased I will be recommending him to all my business friends and all my friends in general.. If you need real service with no bull, you have to come see these guys at Good Luck & Key they really know how to provide a top notch service. read more

One of the nicest and most helpful people around. Excellent service and extremely low prices compared to others! If you need a genius smith.... Mike is the only person you should contact in the Pasadena area. I was having a horrible night when I found out that I locked myself out of the house and after calling several places Mike was the only smith not only quoted me, but also was honest in his pricing. Honest, honest person. read more

Save yourself the time and call these guys first. read more

Great service. I needed an old lock fixed and new deadbolt put on. He came out the same day I called. He had just the color I wanted in the deadbolt, and he was very quick at installing it. He asked for a vacuum cleaner and he cleaned up after himself. It was all around a good deal. read more
