In a mindless moment, I locked my car key in the trunk. I called Good Lock & Key for help and they showed up within 10 minutes. The older gentleman (I didn't catch his name) was so nice and polite. He opened the car door in a wink. Next he got in the car to get access to the trunk, with another 10-15 minutes, the trunk was opened. He was so so sweet and asked me to start the car again, making sure that everything still works properly. The price was reasonable. He also made sure that I was happy with the services and that I didn't need help with anything else. Very sincere and honest people. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

We lost the key to our car and Good Lock & Key came to the rescue. Fast, polite and quickly solved the problem. They came to our home to make a new key for the car. The next day, I went into their shop and had a second key made. The owner knew who I was right away and as I waited for him to program my key he provided me with a cold bottled water, which was a nice touch. Thank you again, we will be using Good Lock & Key in the future. read more

Mike got to me quickly, got job done quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a TERRIFIC experience with Good Lock & Key! The thumb press on our front door handset was getting loose and we believed we needed an entire new set. Since we have double front doors, that meant TWO new handsets. When I called for an appointment, I told Milad there was no rush because the door handle was working -- but we knew it was a matter of time before it would quit. Even with the "no rush" assurance, Milad was able to come out within 36 hours! Within a short time, Milad told us he could replace a couple of parts and have the old set working like new! He made the repair in short order, and the handle has worked like a dream since he made this repair in late March! He also spent some time with us discussing lock manufacturers and what we should look for if ever replacing future lock sets. We appreciated his timeliness, kindness, knowledge and repair skills! Will definitely use Good Lock & Key again and highly recommend to all! read more

I got quotes from several locksmiths to change all the locks on the new home we recently purchased. GL&K was the cheapest for our project and were able to come out the very next day. They had what we needed in stock and did the job in an hour or two. Would use them again, great service! read more

My front door latch wasn't working. I attempted to call another locksmith, who told me I could just fix it myself and it was probably just a spring. After going to the local hardware store and finding no parts to suggest it was just a spring, I called Good Lock & Key. They promptly answered the phone and arranged to come out quickly. It was an internal part that they said was faulty and typically wears down after a few years. He was able to fix it quickly for a reasonable price. So happy I called and would definitely use again. read more

Needed a mailbox key copied, sadly most places don't seem to stock it. (Probably since so small and unique) Gave Good Lock & Key a call, they said they should carry it, to come in and they'll help as best they can. I went maybe an hour later, they were attentive and searched their abundant collection of keys until they found the right one and made 2 copies for me. Very polite and courteous service, and very reasonable cost. read more

My mother in law lost one of her Toyota Yaris Keys. I never like to have only one key in case one loses one. I called them and they quoted a reasonable price. Drove there and they stated had an emergency call and they would drive to my house (on a Saturday, about a half hour a way) for the same price. Amazingly, the guy did. Made a duplicate promptly. It works in all the doors and the keyfob part works. The price was the same with tax added. Overall a great job and next time I'll get an extra key for my car when I'm here. read more

Mike came for the service call. I had called him late the night before and he answered the phone! I asked him to help us change all the locks on our house and also to help us install our front door lock. He arrived on time and was very efficient. He even helped me put the temporary lock I was using on the entry door back on our garage door for free after he installed our entry lock. I would have given them 5 stars if they had told me about the service call charge of $45 upfront when I first called him for a quote on pricing for everything. I didn't find out about this charge until he was leaving and writing up the bill for me. He did however deduct $20 for the entry lock installation so the overall service charge ended up being $25 net. Overall a happy customer and would recommend them. read more
