We have had a dirt pile in the corner of our pool for over 3 weeks now that has not been cleaned (I have photos with time/date stamps). Our pool level has been way too high for 6 weeks causing the pool to leak through the top and causing damage to our travertine and surrounding trees and plants. Checking the pool level and auto leveler is NOT a part of their service we have come to find out. Which in the opinions of 3 other companies, is routine maintenance. This is a shame as we loved working with Kenny when we first moved here a few years back. Once Kenny left, our services from this company have been on a down hill spiral. The pool equipment has had a leak for quite some time now which could have been easily identified by any pool technician that performs routine maintenance. This company is not recommended.

They also failed to properly backwash the pool multiple times and just pushed all the water/dirt into the street. I am also attaching pictures of the chemical staining that was caused in our pool because they failed to properly regulate the chemicals. We just had our pool resurfaced in January, so it's been very disappointing/expensive to have to deal with this issue. Jake (owner) consistently talked down to my husband and I when we brought these issues forward. He refused to take any responsibility, even though he had been the only company to service the pool since October. He initially blamed us for the chemical issues, and when we informed him that we never added anything because we had trusted his company to take care of things, he went so far as to ask us if we have a security camera in our backyard so he could verify that. Extremely unacceptable and insulting to treat customers who just spent $15,000 with your company to have your pool resurfaced. He then blamed the water, even though all of Gilbert has the same water, so they should already know how to work with it. We have not used our pool for a month now, because they fumbled around to try a chemical treatment, which, of course, didn't work. We are now having to have the pool completely drained and acid washed in hopes of getting most of the staining off, with a new company. We also found out that there has been a stopper in our main skimmer that was preventing it from working 100%, there are two pieces missing from our pool vac, as well as the hose they installed with the vacuum being too short to completely clean the pool. Overall a terrible experience. If i could give a zero, I would.

Of course, with Arizona summer heat, the pool quickly turned green, and we were only about a week and a half from closing. I called several pool companies and was told the pool would need to be drained, which wasn't realistic with our timeline or 100+ degree temperatures. Thankfully, I found Bottom Feeder.
