We all tried a bunch of different things when I came with my friends. My favorite was the chicken katsu. It was fried perfectly and the sauces were delicious. The katsu sauce was a surprising favorite for me. I loved how tangy it was. The Japanese style curry was also yummy. Luckily they let you get half and half. I also tried a bit of the chicken teriyaki which is a classic. I was also a HUGE fan of the garlic chicken which is kind of like Chinese food style but more crispy and the sauce was definitely addictive. The food here is amazing. The portions are large. It is a new spot and people are still discovering it. I would 100% recommend stopping by and giving it a try. Also, they do catering for weddings, parties, and everything else. And the music is a radio station from Hawaii. SO all the vibes.

Actually kinda mad at myself for not trying this place sooner! Everything is cooked to order and doesn't sit under a heat lamp. I don't mind waiting a few minutes for fresh food. Very reasonably priced as well- I will definitely be back!

We were supposed to go to Mollys down the street but it was closed so I figured it was a good time to stop in since it's next door. All the tables were full so I took that as a good sign. Two of us got the daily special which was pork ribs that came with two sides and a drink. My coworker got his first and the very nice lady preparing our food just KEPT ON adding meat to the plate. Like so many ribs. I got rice and Mac salad with mine and I kinda wished I had gotten the noodles instead of the rice, they looked really good on my coworkers plate. It was pricey BUT I definitely only ate half my plate so it's basically two meals. Best Mac salad I've had, so creamy and peppery. And the ribs... you guys. Go on Thursday and get the daily special. They were crazy. Vibes were so good, the lady helping us was so nice. We have been weekly Mollys goers but I think this will be a frequent addition into our rotation. Everything looks very tasty, and I saw that Garlic Shrimp was the Friday special I did hear though that once they sell out they are out for the day. Obviously not an issue when we went a half hour after they opened - but the crowd was building the closer to noon we got.

The people are absolutely positive and fun and great environment is welcoming and very family friendly. One thing to know is that the menu changes every single day for specials that they have. It's worth it to come on any day. I have yet to try the pokey, but based on everything else I've eaten so far it's amazing. I don't always give places a 10/10 but this place is a 10 out of 10.

Real authentic Hawaiian bbq good enough to slap your momma. Run, don't walk to the register to order the sinfully delicious garlic shrimp. Let me say that again, if you want an "eyes rolling in the back of your head" moment this is your protein choice. But she's not the only dish to surely satisfy the needs of your tastebuds. Garlic chicken, perfect. It's fried to crispy perfection then covered in garlic sauce done right. Chicken Katsu, amazing (although what chicken Katsu isn't?!?). If you go on a Friday you can't go wrong with the beef short ribs an absolute stud of a protein/meat choice. Yum freaking yum. Let us not forget the sides, the supporting characters that can make the difference between a good show and an epic one. Their Mac salad contains imitation crab giving it that extra something and pushing it above those "other guys". Rice is rice, good job. For the more adventurous than the typical Utahn palette try that cucumber cup, spicy? Yes. Crunchy? Yes. Good? Yes.

The food is always delicious and super flavorful. If it's supposed to be crunchy? It's crunchy. Soft/fluffy? Soft and fluffy. Spicy? You get it. My most recent time I got the Bento Box with two pieces of Korean fried chicken, but I've had the the tuna poke bowl, the loco moco, the Pele Plate with kimchi fried rice and the spicy pork belly and all of them last me, like, 3 meals. Other standouts: spicy mac, kimchi fried rice, spicy poke, shoyu poke, char siu chicken katsu, and the teriyaki loco moco--every single one a 10/10. I'm not connected to this food truck in any way, just a raving fan who keeps coming back. Employees are always so kind and quick. Food trucks can be a pain because you have to find a place to eat, but it doesn't matter with how great their food is. Follow them on Instagram to see when they will be in your area (usually northern Utah - Salt Lake county or Utah county).

They're huge compared to the musubis at Mo Bettahs for reference. And they're just as good! Fantastic price for Musubi especially at that size! That being said, my partner and I got an order of the spam musubi, a "Mini Meal" with the Kalua Pig, the "Two-Meat Mix" with the Island Fire Chicken and Hawaiian BBQ Beef, and the Guava Cake. The Kalua Pork was actually really good! It had good flavor without being as overwhelming as other hawaiian places. The guava cake was also really nice. It was light and not too sweet! The Island Fire Chicken and Hawaiian BBQ Beef both had amazing flavor, but they had the texture of undercooked meat which ruined the experience for me. The Spam Musubi was ok but the seaweed wrap was too strong compared to the flavor of the spam which made it taste weird. The only other complaint I have is that they didn't have music playing. It was very quiet and I could clearly hear the conversations that the people around me were having. All that being said, I would be willing to come back if these things were addressed.
