Just visited Rimmels in Springville with my mom, and as someone who has spent most of my life…read moreeither living in Germany or deeply immersed in its language, history, and literature (I have an undergraduate degree to prove it), I walked in with high expectations and a healthy dose of skepticism. Overall, it was really good. Not perfect, but definitely worth a visit--and I'll be back. Really 4.5/5 stars, but rounding up because Yelp won't let me do halves We ordered the Currywurst, which was one of my go-to lunches back in Germany, usually grabbed from a food truck or Imbissbude on the way home from Uni or work. The flavor of the sauce was solid and brought back some strong nostalgia points. But--and this is where my Germanophilic pickiness kicks in--they didn't add curry powder on top of the Currywurst and sauce, which is pretty standard in Germany (at least 95% of the time). Still, it hit the spot. What I really wanted, though, was for my mom to finally try a Döner Kebap, which she's never had. Unfortunately, they were out of their pita bread because their baker was late today. Total bummer. That's the only reason I knocked it down from 5 to 4.5. Redemption came in dessert form: Spaghetti Eis. Perfect texture, great balance of vanilla ice cream, strawberry sauce, and white chocolate "cheese." Nailed it. In short: if you're a fellow Germanophile, Rimmels might not check every single box--but it checks enough to make it well worth your time. And if you're new to German food and you're in the Provo/Springville/Spanish Fork area, then this is a great place to start.

Their menu is easy to read, and the decor is fun. You can place a pin where you first had your doner. I tried to order a Bratwurst and they were out of that so I went with my coworker's recommendation of the Schnitzel with Spatzel and it was just okay. I kinda had my heart set on the bratwurst and probably didn't give the dish the consideration it deserved. The pork filet was delightfully crunchy but the meat was a little tough and the lemon was the saving grace of the dish. We ordered our meals to go and we didn't receive any plastic ware and I definitely needed utensils.

I had exactly two bites of the portioned out pulled pork, when I turned to start taking notes. When I turned back, my sneaky family had finished it off. Clearly, it was their favorite-as they did not finish the portions from the other five vendors. Jerks. Anyway, I have to agree. From what I tasted, it was good. The flavor was excellent-didn't need sauce, although it did pair nicely with a sauce, if that's what you prefer. The meat was mostly shredded, although some of the larger pieces pulled apart effortlessly. So, I guess I'll need to stop by the restaurant so I can have a few more bites. And try a couple additional menu items. If it's as good as the pulled pork, it will be a phenomenal meal.

Loved both bbq sauces, although I did prefer the sweet over the spicy house sauce. I liked that the coleslaw was mayonnaise based but not overly dressed and still fresh and crisp. The potato salad was pretty good too. I'm looking forward to visiting again to try their brisket! Hopefully they don't run out!

Simple but so delicious - no complicated menu or multiple sizes, just pick a pizza out of the four choices and grab a drink if you want. It came out in 15 minutes or so and was totally worth the wait. Their Red Queen pizza (red sauce, parmesan, fresh mozz, basil, olive oil) was one of the best I've ever had, with perfectly flavorful dough and crispy-but-chewy crusts. They nailed the amount of sauce and cheese so you could taste all the flavors together and nothing dominated. I am drooling writing this review and only wish they had a brick-and-mortar so I could visit more often! But Forge Pizzeria is one food truck you'll have to follow around - it's worth it!

Out of the two, I definitely preferred the Margherita. I preferred the Margherita because of the cheese on top and those pieces of basil! It was soooooo good! The pepperoni pizza was just a classic pizza, but still good--just a bit greasy. The time it takes to get the pizza can vary a lot. Sometimes you'll get it right away, sometimes you'll be waiting for 10 minutes. Be careful when you get a pizza right out of the over--I burnt the top of my mouth sooooo bad. Overall, a great pizza. I'll definitely be getting food here when the food truck comes to my workplace again!

Years ago, when they were still operating as a food truck, they introduced me to Indian food for the very first time. I've been hooked ever since. My first favorite was the Butter Chicken. Then I tried the Chicken Tandoori, and now the Chicken Tikka Tandoori is my new favorite. Every dish has been full of flavor and cooked perfectly. What really stands out to me is that the food is clearly made fresh to order. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes because I'd much rather have a freshly cooked meal than food that's been sitting under a warmer. Every meal I've had has arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely worth the wait. The service has always been friendly, and it's great to see how far they've come from their food truck days. If you're looking for authentic, freshly made Indian food, I highly recommend Urban Turban. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.
