Being a food truck they have a cool set up, a couple seats outdoors and a sweet partnership with the coffee shop next door who offers their patrons a place to sit and eat inside. My husband immediately took a bite and said WOW. I must say these are probably the best churros I have had. ( and I love Disneyland churros) They were crunchy from the outside and soft on the inside. The Asado de Puerco was a real turn off, too heavy on the mayonnaise with a lot of shredded lettuce. It almost tasted like a tuna fish sandwich. The pork was unremarkable and again, except for the mayo flavor, the sandwich just didn't have much going for it. My wife didn't eat her half after she tasted it and it went into the trash. The fries were standard and ok but not good home made fries. Doubt I'll try this place again.

The restaurant is located inside a food hall with several other food vendors, and there was plenty of parking available, which was convenient. I ordered the Texan brisket sandwich with mac and cheese, along with brisket nachos (not pictured). Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. My entire meal NOT hot nor warm enough to feel freshly prepared. The brisket tasted like it had been sitting for a while--it wasn't fresh, tender, or flavorful like you'd expect from a good BBQ spot. Having visited several great BBQ restaurants over the years, this one just didn't measure up. The one highlight was the cornbread cake, which was actually very good and probably the best part of the meal. Overall, I was really looking forward to trying this place, but it didn't live up to the expectations. Based on this experience, I wouldn't return.

It took serious willpower to stop eating and go talk to our guests, and then I wanted to circle back. My mom still wants the chicken recipe, and not only the salmon and rolls, but the vegetables were amazing too! Second: since it was COVID, we had to switch from buffet-style to fully catered, which obviously is a price jump. Angela was so helpful and worked with us to modify the menu so we could get it to an acceptable price--and it was so reasonable. Her staff came and served the food. We were kind of running late ourselves, but they helped it run smoothly. She also recommended cheaper options for desserts, and made specialty cookies and delicious peach lemonade to match our theme! I'm so so glad we hired her. 100% would hire again, and will do so for our next catering need! *Unfortunately we didn't get many food pictures :( Here was the salad and drinks/table setup.
