I enjoy my corn dogs with mustard, but decided not to get any with my corn dog. I wanted to experience the corn dog as it was offered. We decided to stuff our faces in the car :) We tried the crab cakes first and they were out of this world! I wish we had ordered more! They had a nice crisp outer shell and a delicious soft inside. The shrimp came on a skewer and was soooo good! It was a little hard for me to eat off of the skewer, so I had to use my hands. Unfortunately we didn't get any napkins (we didn't ask for any though). I went for the Texas Chili Cheese Dog. The chili tastes homemade and the Fritos were a great addition. It had a mild kick and an amazing taste. They have beef and vegan options on everything. Since I came during the Vegan Food Truck Round-Up, I got the meatless version. I don't know what their dog was made of, but I could barely tell the difference! Don't forget to think about what free add-ons you want: sriracha, jalapeño, mustard, onions, etc. The chef was more than happy to give me recommendations. We Love Ravioli lives up to their name and outdoes Boyardee by a country light-year. I chose their Ravioli w/Sauce (I chose vodka), $11. I added a meatball for an extra three bills ... you can also add sausage, chicken, or bacon for the same. Before I dive into the main course, let's talk what comes with the meal. First, there's a small (think a 3-bite) salad. Good spring mix, baby tomatoes, and a very good Italian dressing. Then, there's a fresh piece of French bread, the perfect size to sop up all that glorious sauce. Speaking of the sauce, the vodka was glorious. The ravioli was soft and jam-packed with fresh mozzarell' and freshly-chopped spinach. Succulent, not too salty ... a perfect savory taste. The two GIGANTIC meatballs are homemade, packed with sweet Italian sausage and beef. A great addition to the meal. WLR: I recommend a sturdier plastic knife ... hard to get through a meatball this size. While I'm making recommendations to the business, here are my small quibbles.
