Was it busy? A little, there were still seats around us available though. Now when I say massively behind, it took us nearly 50 minutes for our food to arrive. That's just crazy for a lunch service. In the future, if they were that behind on ticket times, it would help all the customers in the restaurant (allowing tickets to stop backlogging), and set the expectations for the new customers coming in.
