The staff are friendly and helpful, and the gelato is fantastic. I got a double with the Bourbon Toffee Espresso and Chocolate Hazelnut. Bride got Toasted Almond Coconut sorbetto and Brown Butter Cookie dough gelato. Of course, we both tasted each other's, and they were all amazing. Doubles are $5.35 each (add $1.50 for a homemade waffle cone, which we skipped). Total was about $12 before tip, which makes it cheaper than a lot of the chain places, and all of their stuff (including a bewildering array of REALLY amazing looking baked goods) are made in-house. Service was fast, but they forgot to package some of our chocolates. When we called about the issue, they did offer us a refund. On the other hand, the pricing of the pastries was astronomical. The one we bought (white rose) cost $18, when I've had a similar pastry in Arlington, VA that only cost $11. Taste-wise, it was fine. They also offer gelato and gift boxes, but we didn't buy any so I can't comment on them. The back of the shop is decently sized and has one or two tables for people to sit at, but the part of the shop that goes past the chocolate cases is very narrow. If somebody has a walker/wheelchair/stroller, or a group in front of you forms a cluster, you probably won't be able to move past them.

Nope, nope, nope. We won't be back. Kline's, when you let your "system" defeat your excellent staff's very best efforts to make a customer happy, you have defeated yourself.
