Very cute place. Food was great. I had the half chicken salad sandwich and cup of soup. Really good. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich. He said his Americano was very strong. My latte was a little too sweet, but just so tasty that I truly didn't care. It was like a sugar cookie. Really good. This place is full of history and boasts a beautiful big fireplace. It's got really great hardwood floors also. It's a fairly comfortable, quaint cafe. Would recommend. read more

We went on a Wednesday morning and barely anyone was here. It's a hidden little gem as it is labeled the Visitor center. Immediately walking in, it smelled delicious. Imagine fresh waffles and syrup. This place is hip with Valentine's Day specials and unique coffee drinks. Personally got the butter beer latte and it did not disappoint. It's not super sweet like butter beer from Harry Potter. Super chill local coffee shop & cafe in downtown New Market. Stopped in with my brother for coffee and we were both extremely pleased. Our coffee drinks were made perfectly and service was prompt and friendly. They have an extensive coffee menu with lots of seasonal offerings, baked goods, scones and their cafe menu has everything from breakfast sandwiches to lunch specials. We stop by when we're visiting New Market (esp at John Henry's grocery across the street - double the fun). Like most coffee shops, there is array of tempting pastries on display. In addition, they offer creative sandwiches and lunch items. Good ambiance and service - rivals any NoVa coffee shop but reasonable priced. read more

I went a few times recently and the customer service wasn't as friendly as usual coffee shops are bubbly and friendly. The latte was overpriced for the flavor; it didn't have any. There was too much going on with the menus everywhere. read more

Stop here a couple times a week since its by far the closest coffee shop. The lattes are decent and a really good price. They put more espresso shots in their drinks than any other coffee shop I have been to which is great. The scones are decent. The breakfast sandwiches leave something to be desired. The service is hit or miss. They totally forgot about our order on one occasion and gave our order to another customer on another location. They're friendly though. There are places to sit and stay. It's a coffee shop inside the town visitor center so it's not super cozy but it's not bad. read more

The building is super cool! Love the atmosphere. You've gotta try the flatbread! OMG! Must've been 2 days worth of calories and it was worth it. Was pleased there were multiple milk alternatives. The espresso had a smoked flavor. At first I wasn't too sure I liked it. It was a Smokey initial flavor followed by a smooth finish. It paired well with the oat milk. I really liked it. Jackson's Corner Cafe is a cute little cafe that offers the basics: salads, sandwiches, and breakfast. I ordered a grilled provolone panini with pesto and tomato and added chicken after a long hike. The food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! It also came with a pickle and a small bag of kettle chips. The pesto was garlic-y and flavorful. After being turned away at The Italian Job... for have g a service dog. We stopped at this great Cafe and enjoyed a wonderful lunch. Still a little shook from being hassled at the pizza joint, we ordered BLTs. Delicious in every way. Also enjoyed the Civil War paintings and museum. Only tried once so maybe other food is better, but the BLT is grocery store white bread with a single slice of tomato and single sheet of lettuce. It was affordable but very basic. However if that's what you're looking for, the place and people were very nice. read more

Was in town as a tourist, stuck waiting for new tires. Walked here for breakfast and have to say, what a find! Very quaint place in the visitors center. Surrounded by history. I had the breakfast flatbread special, only $8.99. Huge serving, delicious, loved loved loved it! My only complaint is it was so big I had no room for one of their delicious looking scones!!! Unexpected surprise! I had a little time to kill before exploring New Market and the Virginia Civil War Museum, so I stopped in. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The nice dining room was decorated for Christmas - so nice! I just had a cup of coffee and a scone. Both were very good and reasonably priced. It was well worth the stop. There's also a New Market Chamber of Commerce desk in the front part of the building. You can find all kind of information on the Shenandoah Valley. read more

We went to pay and the cashier was able to look up the order and we spoke to her about the waitress needing some help and her condition and all she would say is " we will try"
