Smaller menu here than most tea/boba shops but still a good selection. This is a kiosk type location at the street level entrance of Fulton Street train station. You can oder from the kiosk and pickup at the end of the counter. You can order directly from the staff especially if you want to pay by cash since the kiosks only accepts cards . Staff if friendly. There's not seating at this location but I like the location for when I want a quick drink before getting on the train. read more

Was happy to find this location near the DMV because I love Gong Cha! However, I was slightly disappointed to discover that they have a limited menu here. I really wanted my usual, Mango Green Tea with mango boba, but unfortunately it wasn't available here. NOTHING mango flavored is available here. I ended up getting a Passion Fruit Green Tea and was satisfied with it. ***This location is at the entrance of the subway station (probably why they have a limited menu), which ended up being perfect as I needed to catch the 4 to head back home as soon as I got my boba. read more

Had to stop for a cold drink on a hot day and was hyped to realize there was a Gong Cha nearby as I've wanted to try it for a minute. + Located inside the Fulton St station which is clutch if you need to pass through there! I ordered a light ice, 30% sugar, passionfruit green tea with mango pearls. I don't often go for fruity types but all of theirs looked super enticing. Came here today and it wasn't good at all. This isn't the first time the bubbles were overcooked. But today's the worst ever!!!!! I got my 3J and had a very strong perfume floral taste. Keepin it real out here at QCM, one of the best performing malls in America. This isn't our favorite bubble tea spot but the location just works out, and it's become our mall ritual, to grab a drink and some potato corner fries. If I'm ever craving boba on the way home I have to stop at Fulton center and grab a drink at gong cha! The workers are nice and the drinks come out quick. There's no seating or tables or anything just a stand I wish there was a menu displayed on the wall or something so we can look at the menu while we wait in line instead of having a menu just at the register where we have to rush and decide. The drinks are good but could be inconsistent. I've gotten the lychee slush and handful of times and always 70% but the drinks are sweeter some days than others. I've had Gong Cha from 6 different cities and 3 countries. NY, SF, LA, Austin, Hong Kong, Seoul. They never disappoint. There's a reason why Gong Cha grew so fast. Similar to any other Gong Cha chain. Same menu options, same flavor in their drinks, very consistent. Walking distance from where I work so it's convenient, but not anything special. The staff are kind and quick to make the drinks. There's a line occasionally when it's around lunch time, but it's usually quick. Love Gong Cha's Earl Grey Tea with bubbles or 3 topping. I also believe that the staff could be nicer. A gentleman in front of me was ordering and she had a bad attitude the entire time towards him. She also had a cold attitude towards me. Woohoo! I'm so happy that Gong Cha opened up in the Financial District! There's not that many bubble tea spots around this area, but this is a great addition. This Gong Cha is located on the 1st level entrance of the Fulton Center transportation hub where you can catch various subway lines (i.e A, C, E, 4, 5, J, Z, N, R, W trains). Based on their IG page, they are currently doing their soft opening this week 10:30AM - 8:00PM. Today, I ordered the "Brown Sugar Milk Tea" with pearls and it was pretty good. Average bubble tea business among the ordinary as there is nothing significantly beyond the extraordinary. I usually order my standard default drink with herbal jelly as my childhood favorite dessert. This Gong Cha sits inside Fulton Center as a kiosk rather than a independent storefront. Customers can grab their boba to go in the passage of one's travels on the subway to your destination. I find the herbal jelly rather stale and harden which tastes like rubber. I order honey green tea at less honey embedded, however, it contains a lot of sugar. It tasted entirely too sweet. What would former NYC Mayor Bloomberg think about excessive sugary drinks made and sold? Horrified and utter dismay. Gong Cha is a big disappointment, but I did give it the o' college try without prejudice. To each their own as one goes your way and I go my way. Customers can choose the amount of ice desired. Price for one medium honey green tea is reasonable of $4.25 plus one topping of herbal jelly $.50. Nevertheless, the staff is attentive and courteous. I prefer my favorite bubble tea shop Hui Tea in Chinatown, Manhattan, NY on Canal Street which they do it right with the herbal jelly, the minimal sugar level and the overall freshness plus taste. This is my go-to spot for Boba in Fidi. It's so convenient because it's located right in Fulton station on the street level. Sometimes the boba has been inconsistent and overcooked but for the most part it's pretty solid. I typically get just a regular tea with little or no sugar and boba. I have had Gong Cha three times in my life. First time in Myeong-Dong, Korea and the rest of the times here. I had to come back! And, it is the best bubble tea I have had. To each their own. But I love the flavor balance here, the smoothness of the liquid. It is not as thick and frappe like, but really smooth and milky. Also, I love that you can adjust the sweetness. Best of all, they have the best boba! The boba tastes like a little squishy bubble and then the chewiness is just right. Pearl Milk tea and Taro were the flavors we tried. Loved them both! The prices are comparable, maybe 50 cents more than other places. The service is fast and the screens are helpful. read more

I was here yesterday 12/09/2023 somewhere near the morning time. I loved the staff that assisted me. She was so nice and patient- she even explained each of the tea flavors to me carefully and gave me a comparison of drinks of what the teas tasted like. Most of the time when i asked employees from this location a question they get so annoyed at me because I'm asking too much. She even gave me a list of recommendations based on my preferences.
