I had Gong Cha in Japan and it hit every time! I don't know what happened this time but it really was not the best. I might give it another chance but it was not the good this time.

(Overall: 62% | D) - I was not feeling well so I ordered a hot honey lemon tea. Unfortunately, the drink was lukewarm at beat and I was really disappointed by the quality for a drink that costs $7. The flavors of the honey and lemon are there though. IG: @amei.eats

Keepin it real out here at QCM, one of the best performing malls in America. This isn't our favorite bubble tea spot but the location just works out, and it's become our mall ritual, to grab a drink and some potato corner fries. Gong cha was probably one of the leading boba spots for a while until new ones came along in the recent years, one OG one even popped up in the mall just 30 feet away. But yea, still some good experience every time visiting, will go back Oh yea don't get that strawberry oreo stuff drink

If I'm ever craving boba on the way home I have to stop at Fulton center and grab a drink at gong cha! The workers are nice and the drinks come out quick. There's no seating or tables or anything just a stand I wish there was a menu displayed on the wall or something so we can look at the menu while we wait in line instead of having a menu just at the register where we have to rush and decide. The drinks are good but could be inconsistent. I've gotten the lychee slush and handful of times and always 70% but the drinks are sweeter some days than others. The lychee slush is good but 70% is already very sweet Lychee oolong - don't get light ice they only put 2 ice cubes and it's not cold. Got 70% sweetness and not sweet at all Strawberry tea- not sweet at all (have to mix it before you drink it all the syrup is on the bottom)

I've had Gong Cha from 6 different cities and 3 countries. NY, SF, LA, Austin, Hong Kong, Seoul. They never disappoint. There's a reason why Gong Cha grew so fast. The tea they produce is one of the best in the business and their boba is one of the softest you'll find. Some places can make better boba, but it is pretty hard to find a place that will be consistently extraordinary. Be sure to get the grass jelly and boba in your milk tea, it's been my go to every time.

Boba life is real. This is supposed to be a (milk cap) dirty Brown sugar milk tea.

I was surprised to see a guncha in this location, so of course I had to have it. The cashier was polite and professional, entering my order quickly and efficiently. I ordered a large, but when I went to pick it up it was a medium, the barista behind the counter poured it into a cup, added more milk and boba, no additional tea. I was a little peeved because it did not have the signature flavor of the dirty Brown sugar milk tea. Way too milky and sweet.

Love going here to pick up bubble tea on my way to things. Such a fast high quality spot. Love the original milk teas but the special drinks are great too. Oolong milk tea with half sugar and light ice is so good.

Bubble bubble! Bubble tea! Quick on the go bubble tea inside Fulton Center! Location: it is located inside Fulton station and will satisfy your bubble tea craving! Service: I just ordered and go, no interaction. Food: I almost taste all the flavors but my favorites are: TARO: as always this is good! Taro with bubbles is great! THAI ICED TEA: this one is good too! Thai experience! EARL GREY with 3 J's: this is one of my fave because it has 3 jellies on it! DIRTY BROWN SUGAR: one of the newest flavors! It is good because not your usual sugar! STRAWBERRY TARO: good too, make sure only 30% sugar because it might be sweet. Price rating: 4 out of 10. It is so cheap! Well all recommended! But personally love the taro and earl grey with 3Js.

I came across this place after riding on the subway. I decided to give it a chance and I ordered the lychee oolong with boba. I would just say it's decent. I also believe that the staff could be nicer. A gentleman in front of me was ordering and she had a bad attitude the entire time towards him. She also had a cold attitude towards me. I would've given the place a 4 star if the staff were friendlier.

My Passionfruit Yogur did NOT look anything close to this (circled).

False advertising & attitude served here! Ordered a Passionfruit yogurt, it did NOT look like the pic, where is the yogurt?? I asked the girl who made it while I pointed to the pic..she had an attitude & did an annoyed look that looked exactly like kenan thompson from SNL & said "it's just syrup" ..pretty sure she was too lazy to make the RIGHT drink! I know advertisements are made to look perfect but there was NO YOGURT! Don't call it that if you're going to be too cheap & lazy to put in the yogurt..the cashier asked if I wanted toppings (before it was made) and where would they have placed the toppings, they would be swimming in my drink! I could have just bought a pint of Goya passionfruit juice for cheaper. You think they would make it CLOSE to the pic on the menu poster they had up. I just can't stand when places of business, don't give you what was ORDERED!

Stumbled upon this location and of course we had to stop by! We love going to Gong Cha! I have never had a drink that I didn't like from Gong Cha. Normally there is a long at every location when we go, so we took advance of the short line and grabbed a drink. It was the perfect way to explore NY with Gong Cha along for the ride!

I've never been to a yogurt store that makes you pay a set price first before selecting toppings, which also means toppings are limited based on the yogurt size (something I only realized later after looking at a picture I took in the store). The employee who was supposed to help me immediately gave me attitude, as if I was supposed to already know all the "rules" of the store. I said nothing that would have warranted that reaction -- I simply went over to the display. At the register, I scanned my rewards app then couldn't find the card reader to pay. After about 20 seconds, I realized it was sitting on top of a case of water bottles (pictured). The topping limit signage was also placed off to the side of the register where customers wouldn't naturally see it -- it wasn't even on my side and was partially blocked. I only found this out when I went up to the counter after I got my yogurt. While choosing toppings, I asked how many I was allowed, and she responded, "How many toppings do you think you're supposed to choose?" with a noticeably rude tone. When I chose cookie dough as my fourth topping, she only gave me a few pieces, dropped another on the counter (pictured), and ignored it. The cookie dough topping was stale too. I also noticed she did not seem to treat other customers the same way. I eventually went back to the register - I asked her if the yogurt was actually strawberry matcha because it tasted like vanilla. I also asked about her rudeness because I genuinely didn't understand why I was being treated that way for asking simple questions. She said the information was "on the wall," even though it was difficult to see. I actually ended up apologizing earlier because she made me feel like I was burdening her. The only personable thing she said the entire interaction was that I didn't need to apologize, but the tone still felt unfriendly. Two customers sitting nearby ended up leaving without ordering. I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday and she appeared to be working alone, which may have contributed to stress. Still, I left feeling extremely shaken and even spilled yogurt on my jacket afterward. I would not return to this location. I used to come to this location sometimes, but after this experience -- and a previous visit where I ordered a tea and received very little -- I would not return.

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.
