One person came back and said he'll provide an estimate once coming to do the job, Busby quoted 40% higher then their quote and JMJ Junk Removal was about four times higher than their quote (the person who contacted me conceded he could try to come closer but would need to see to assess). Coordinating the time was very simple as he was always quick to respond, we agreed on a time, and he showed up at the very beginning of the agreed upon time window. In person he was very friendly, and while my project required a few additional steps (the fireplace being taken to a specific recycling facility, and paperwork proving its recycled status), Tao was more than willing to accommodate these unique requirements. Here is a true class act…read more Amazing I just had a tenant leave half their life behind in my rental unit - drawers packed, furniture left behind, fridge/freezer/pantry stocked with stuff from 2024... It would've taken me a week just to wade through and inventory everything. Renan (the owner) came with his crewmate. I explained the situation and how even I didn't know how much there would be. They rolled with it, and and in about 3 hours they had everything moved out. They generously stayed firm on the initial estimate, which was a very fair price, but I managed to argue them up a little - they truly deserved it. Saved my back and so much of my time. They must be Tetris grandmasters: their van was already nearly half-full, and I couldn't believe how they fit all of my junk in their van!
