I needed extra FOBS for my car. Technician showed up and programmed two FOBS. After programming,…read morethe technician said that he is not able to cut the entry key that is part of the FOB and then gave me an excuse that he provides the FOB, not the key. The entry key is part of the FOB and an important part of a working FOB. He told me that I now need to go to a dealer to have the keys cut which means extra time and money. We found Gilad on YELP and were impressed with his reviews. Gilad was everything we read about. He's just a really nice guy who aims to please. He did a great job with the locks, allowing us to keep the existing doorknobs which were in good shape. When he was done, we asked him to tighten loose handles on some sliding glass doors. They're on the third floor and no longer locked ( not a big issue on the 3rd floor) but he tightened the screws and returned them to locking condition for us at no extra charge.
