My property was left with noticeable damage, which I have documented with photos and sent to management. I understand that tree removal can involve some risk, but what was most disappointing was how this was handled or rather, not handled at all. At no point did the crew inform me that anything had been damaged. I only discovered the issues afterward, which came across as both unprofessional and avoidable. This lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, several heavy items in my yard were moved during the process and not returned to their original positions, creating unnecessary inconvenience. There was also a very large branch that was cut and fell a few days later that was not removed during the work completed. This could have fallen on my small child or dog. These details may seem minor, but they reflect a larger issue: the job was completed in a sloppy and careless manner, without the level of thoroughness I expected. I did bring these concerns to management/owner (Matt) but the response I received was dismissive and did not show a genuine willingness to address the damage or take accountability. Offering to trim a damaged plant was not an acceptable resolution and then stating "it should help the plant" show lack on my concern. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other companies to choose from and I would recommend picking a different one.

Even saying that they underestimated what it would take to get it all done and I appreciated that candor in place of overpromising. The price was fair and I recommend this company for removal. What I learned is that I should have broken the work up instead of expecting everything to be done well in one visit. Moving quickly, four bushes were removed that shouldn't have been, the grass is still overgrown (but better) and clean up was still needed. There was just no time and they had already worked a full day. Daquan said they would make up for it by giving me a free cut in the future so we'll see. Overall, good for removal and hard yard work. We agreed and signed a contract to have the work done. When the team arrived to do the work, the boss of the team said we should not trim them as high up as the arborist suggested. Now the limbs are hanging down where they were before the work was done. After contacting the arborist about this he informed us that the boss that supervised our work was no longer working for Strobert because they found out he was not following the arborist's contract because he did not want to do all the work. We have been trying for two months to get Strobert to come out and honor the contract we signed. We have been told four times that our work will be scheduled within a few days. Still nothing. Their website says 100% customer satisfaction. Untrue. Do not hire this company for any tree trimming work.
