Large crew with bucket trucks, etc. They completed the job--trimming, not hacking, a couple huge oaks and large birch and removing couple small trees along with trimming other smaller red buds and trimming some shrubs. Whole job completed in around 5 hours. Nice clean up as well. Pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend. East Coast are very personable and take great pride in their work. They are very respectful of their clients--that goes a long way in our opinion!!!

I recently hired this company for tree removal services, and unfortunately, the experience fell…read morewell below my expectations. While the primary work was mostly completed, the overall job felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. My property was left with noticeable damage, which I have documented with photos and sent to management. I understand that tree removal can involve some risk, but what was most disappointing was how this was handled or rather, not handled at all. At no point did the crew inform me that anything had been damaged. I only discovered the issues afterward, which came across as both unprofessional and avoidable. This lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, several heavy items in my yard were moved during the process and not returned to their original positions, creating unnecessary inconvenience. There was also a very large branch that was cut and fell a few days later that was not removed during the work completed. This could have fallen on my small child or dog. These details may seem minor, but they reflect a larger issue: the job was completed in a sloppy and careless manner, without the level of thoroughness I expected. I did bring these concerns to management/owner (Matt) but the response I received was dismissive and did not show a genuine willingness to address the damage or take accountability. Offering to trim a damaged plant was not an acceptable resolution and then stating "it should help the plant" show lack on my concern. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other companies to choose from and I would recommend picking a different one.
