On 04/24/25 the owner of the property adjacent to ours hired this company to remove a tree that was at risk of falling onto our property. While taking the tree down, a large branch fell. It ripped through the polyurethane fabric of our outdoor storage shed & broke the corner metal frame. (It broke the metal pipes, it came down with such force.) Smaller branches left holes in the ground. While one of the workers immediately acknowledged the damage & apologized, the owner never contacted me like I was told he would. At 7pm I contacted him. He didn't seem to understand the extent of the damage because he only offered to replace the "tarp." I asked him to come assess the damage himself but he wouldn't give me a day & time when he available. I explained that valuable items were now exposed to the elements. He insisted on involving the elderly lady who hired him & eventually hung up on me. He offered my son a mere $250. His crew didn't even clean up the fallen mess. The elderly lady who hired him drove 2 hours to come assess the damage herself (I hadn't spoken to her so I assume the owner contacted her like he said he would). I was shocked when she texted me asking if she could drop off a check for $150 as the 1st installment of the $500 that *she*, not The Tree Connection, was going to pay! I told her absolutely not! She did not do the damage, the company did, & they're the ones responsible for it! I've never heard of a company expecting the person who hired them to pay for damage their crew did! Make sure you have a written guarantee that you will not be responsible any damage this company causes should you decide to hire them. read more

We hired them to remove 5 pine trees from our yard that were very close to our house and just a nuisance. They did an AMAZING job! I have and will be recommending them to everyone! My neighbor saw how great they were doing and asked for their info for his trees too. They were all extremely professional and kind. They did a fantastic job, watching them you could tell they really knew what they were doing and are very skilled. I was amazed when they were dropping the trees with such precision (we have privacy bushes that were planted not long ago and they didn't touch them at all!). They even raked and cleaned up afterwards, even blew the dust off of our cars and driveway. They truly went the extra mile. Everyone was extremely respectful and courteous. Our experience dealing with a company we didn't hire. THEY TRESPASSED ONTO THE PROPERTY, HAD NO PERMISSION TO BE THERE, AND DAMAGED THE PROPERTY! This is posted on behalf of my mother. This was previously posted and removed because the company had a fit about an honest review of their horrible business practices. So it's being posted again. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Last week they trespassed onto my mothers property while doing work for one of her neighbors and dug up her yard in their wake. They also lied to her immediate neighbor when they were questioned if they had permission to go onto her property and through her yard to do the work. I know they lied because my mother was at work and so was my Step father, so no they did not gain permission. Both my mother and Step father have called them. The secretary called back my mother asking if she would like to schedule work, and when she said no and told her about the situation, she didn't have any answers and told her a manager would call her back, they never did. No one returned my Step father's call. The men doing the work for their neighbors never bothered to fix any part of her yard they ruined, and left it dug up. If this is normal business practices I would never recommend them or use them for anything. Highly unprofessional, and liars to boot. Kodos to you. read more

The Tree Connection is an excellent option for tree work. They took down ten large Poplars on our property and were professional, skilled, and maintained an immaculate worksite. Every day that I look at the results of the work The Tree Connection I am more impressed. At the end of March after getting 22 Tree of Heaven removed I loved the results. I called 3 other companies for estimates. When Ryan came to look at our job he was organized and offered us two different plans. The work was done in two days which included taking down the trees, cleaning everything up in the area, removing all stumps along with some new growths, grading the whole area and planting grass seed. Today the new grass looks great and you would never know those ugly trees existed. read more
