After calling several services with no response, A Cut Above Tree Service came to the rescue. Miguel called right back and came out a couple of hours later. He surveyed the damage and wrote up an estimate on the spot which was very reasonable. He and his crew came out the very next day, performed the service, and cleaned up the area beautifully. The tree was in a heavily wooded area and his crew was able to position the logs so they would not disturb a nearby stream runoff and cause flooding. They also cut down a dead maple tree in our front yard and again did a superb job of cleaning up the area. My wife and I were thrilled with the professionalism and courtesy of Miguel and his crew. They definitely live up to their company name - A Cut Above; they truly have exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them and will definitely use then in the future.

Also left multiple cigarette butts on my property and rusty old nails from back soffit on the deck. 2) Claimed to have cleaned out all my gutters (they did not) and noticed they were backed up w/ debris on a rainy day. Called them and I said these were absolutely not cleaned out - few days later they actually cleaned them out. Unprofessional and waste of time - do not recommend.

They did some large tree pruning and stump grinding on my property. Overall, a great value. They were extremely quick (almost too quick in a few spots, in my observation). I'm subtracting one star because they left several large limbs sheared off with excess bark exposed, which can harm the tree and attract insects and disease. Additionally, they could be more consistent about using lawn mats under heavy equipment to protect grass.
