I have nothing but good things to say about Pete's cycles. I had a horrendous experience with…read moreanother bike dealer out of state, (PA) and came into Pete's half expecting the same piss poor treatment. But right after we walked the first salesman, Allen greeted us and got me set up with Joe G. Joe listened to what I wanted and found the perfect bike for me. A 2016 Can Am Spyder RSS. She is the perfect color and everything. The total time from paperwork to out the door with paperwork was just under an hour! Two days later after they'd put her together( my bike was so new it was in the crate and the warhorse crew had to put her together) and had her at the store ready for me to take home. Gunnar in finance was awesome and friendly and they hurried but got everything done so we could try to beat a big rainstorm that was on the way. Another salesman, Jim S., filled in for Joe (who was off the day I picked up the bike) and did an excellent job giving me final instructions on the shop and how to operate my new bike.Everyone in that store including the parts guys had a big smile and told me congrats on my new baby! #bestfeelingever I have been riding 2 wheels for over 20 years so the info he and some of the other guys gave me helped!! Had a safe and fun ride home on my new 3 wheeler and couldn't be happier!! They have definitely earned my loyalty and business!!! I will be sure to send my friends here! Thanks again Pete's Cycle!!!

The price was fair (other than fees). But the experience could've been better/more. Their fees are higher than other shops, and they don't flex/waive any of them, nor tell you what the fees really cover. Other shops know they can be flexible because a positive experience means they can make money back in the long term from related additional purchases or return/loyal visits. Pete's didn't seem interested in any of that. It was a very much one-done transactional experience.

This is going to be long because I want to be fair and detailed. I went in to have a few things…read moredone on my '07 Ducati S4RS and it took an excessive amount of time by anyones standards. Especially considering that Brian(Kundratic) was taking in other bikes and completing jobs on them while I was still waiting around. This was a project I had been planning for a year and I was pretty patient, but 4 months for a paint job, powder coat, ruined fender, and rear sprocket/frame slider install is ridiculous. It wouldn't have been so bad if I had not seen other bikes getting done while I waited and if Brian didn't have such a terrible attitude towards getting anything done on time and getting good workout out of his paint subcontractor. For the $5k I spent here I had to go somewhere else to have some of their work corrected. I'll explain my experience with each of the things I had done below. Paint job: Paint job seemed pretty pricey @ $2,200 for tank and front/rear fender. (2 colors, 2 black numbers, and some pinstriping on a sportbike. Also had 2 decals put on the gas tank) Paint came back wrong TWICE. First time there was red that bled under a pinstripe into a white field, second was bubbles under a decal. The bubbles could have been there when the paint work came back the first time but Im not sure. Either way 2 issues that the painter should have caught before returning the work. Brian doesn't do the paint work himself and he sent it back the first time. It came back a month later with bubbles under one of the decals, the one on the other side of the gas tank looked fine but I was told by Brian's painter up in PA (skip something) "we don't warranty decals provided by the customer". My question is if you see an issue why wouldn't you tell me so I can get new decals to you instead of producing a shit product and blaming the customer? Through all this back and forth Brian was more concerned about Skip being upset than with me getting a good paint job. I had to go to another painter to fix this a-hole painters work. (He deserves that description based on my email conversations with him) Rear fender: This will be hard to explain without pictures but suffice it to say this could have been done MUCH better. I had a rear fender for a Ducati sport classic 1000 that I wanted to have cut to fit snugly around the tail end of the seat the way the S4RS OEM rear fender does. I could have done this myself but figured why not have Kundratic do it as they are doing everything else. Brian ended up making the cut too wide and left a .5" gap between the seat and the fender. When I asked him about it he just said "I can fix it, its just time" explaining that he could fill in the gaps with fiberglass but he would charge me for the time. If he hadnt messed up the template and cut it too wide in the first place it wouldnt need to be fixed!! Powder coat: I needed to have each side of the engine cases powder coated black which obviously required removing them and replacing the seals and gaskets when the powder coated pieces were reinstalled. Instead of ordering the parts himself, I had to order them from Pete's Cycle. (The other shops I went to for repairs said they would have ordered the parts themselves as that is part of their service) the powdercoat job was fine and the reinstall was done well. But the attitude in getting the work done and the speed at which it went sucked NET NET: I had to dispute several charges with my credit card company over 2 months to cover the cost of paint repair and to get compensation for the ruined fender. For a bad attitude, slow work, and no concern as to whether not the customer is treated right, or to turn a dream project into a nightmare, go to Kundratic Kustoms!

Quality Staff, Quality Service!…read more We moved to the Sterling, VA area this past June and since the move, my daughter Celeste has been aching to get another motorcycle. She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in a quality motorcycle purchase to take yourselves to MG MotorSports

Mike, his wife and the entire team at MGMotorsports are fantastic!…read more I purchased a 2023KLR650S in July and the price was the best I could find anywhere in the country. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. I know this long winded, but for once something that seemed too good to be true, WAS TRUE@ My email is rsnowder@gmail.com and I will gladly answer any questions about my experience with MGMOTORSPORTS!
