However, the way this company has handled a clear mistake is extremely disappointing. During installation, their team drilled into the tile on our second-floor balcony and failed to seal the holes. When it rained shortly after, water came through those openings and caused damage to the ceiling in our dining room below. This was entirely preventable and directly tied to the installation. What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own. I'm still hoping they step up and resolve this properly, but based on my experience so far, I would proceed with caution.

When it came to the ordering process, it was easy to select exactly what we wanted because Sam brought options to our house for us to look at. Since everything is done on paper contracts, we had to sign the contract same day as the estimate. When it came to scheduling the demo of our old patio and build for the new patio, I was under the impression that demo is one day and install would happen the following day. We were left without a patio for a week because demo happened on a Friday and we originally scheduled install to happen the following Wednesday (earliest availability). Morning of the install, the team called telling me that the beam is too large and that they would have to order a new beam but would still be installing that same day. Received another call later in that day saying the beam is still not available and they would have to reschedule to another day. We rescheduled for the following week (had to take another day off of work) in order for them to come out and do the install. Day of the reschedule, we had to reach out to Mr. Patio because no one was there between our arrival window yet. A team finally came around noon, started the install and left around 5, still not completed. They had to come back the next day to finish. Husband had to take another day off of work in order for them to come and complete the install. As much as we love the patio, we were not pleased with the install process and lack of communication.

He was about two weeks out from giving a deposit and his wife, Megan, called to set up the dates. He dropped off all of the materials at our house and I paid him half of the remaining balance. It took him a couple of days to complete the job and he matched our existing patio perfectly. It looks like it's been there the whole time. He stays on site until your job is complete. He doesn't run off to another job site to keep it all going. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience we had with Rick.
