I want to give a special shoutout to Tommy at the UPS Store for providing truly excellent customer…read moreservice. This young man was holding things down and doing an incredible job, especially considering that much of the equipment was down at the time. We live in a very shipping-heavy community, so I can only imagine how challenging it is to keep things moving when the equipment you depend on isn't cooperating. Despite those circumstances, Tommy remained professional, helpful, patient, and attentive to the customers coming through the door. What impressed me most was how well he handled the pressure. Instead of allowing the equipment issues to affect the level of service, he continued taking care of people and doing everything he could to keep things running smoothly. That kind of work ethic and customer service deserves to be recognized. Tommy is definitely an asset to this location. Great job, young man, and thank you for taking such good care of your customers!

Do not use this company! I'm a small business owner and used them for sign services at our…read moreshowroom. Start to finish, they made mistake after mistake along every step of the process. Every mistake they made they blamed a different department within their company or the previous person in that position that was no longer with the company. First they misquoted me because of their inability to listen even though I repeatedly made very clear what I wanted. And it wasn't until we had already proceeded with the project assuming the first quote I was given was correct since I clearly went over everything I wanted with them. So my options were to get less than what I wanted for the price I expected or get what I expected for more than the price I wanted and was given. I should have cut my losses then. Getting them to do anything was like pulling teeth out and the communication was non existent. After doing everything to get the job done except the actual printing of the material, I provided my payment information to them to take payment and be done with them. That was in September 2021. Never once did I get a call from them or receive any notification from them in the mail until this month (May 2022) when I received a very demanding 90+ day past due invoice. They took my payment information but never processed my payment. And what do you know, when I reached out to ask why they never processed the payment and why I'm just now finding out about it, more finger painting within other departments of the same company. Saying I had a horrible experience would be an understatement. Do not do business with this joke of a company

Eek I stopped into the store today after having already placed a business card order, hoping to explore options for printing on some additional cards or envelopes. While trying to understand how to make it work with the available printer, I asked a few questions--mainly about layout and how many cards could fit per sheet of paper. The approach I originally had in mind wasn't compatible with their setup, so I was simply trying to brainstorm a workable alternative. To my surprise, Jesse at the front counter told me I was being rude. I'm genuinely unsure how it came across that way, as I remained calm throughout, didn't raise my voice, and wasn't upset--just asking a lot of questions, attempting to find a solution. Unfortunately, based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend using this business.
