They didn't come all at once so I assume they bring them out as they finish getting grilled. The chicken heart was some of the best I've ever had. I'm not sure if it's the way it was sliced, the seasoning, or just everything about it but I wish we ordered more. The tail skewer was another standout. It had so much crunch that it was almost like it was fried. The flavors were rich and varied. Each skewer cost upwards of $4 so that's a bummer. Unfortunately the ramen wasn't so great. Not terrible, but not great either. Especially not great for $19. Not my first choice for ramen. Is it the most bang for your buck? Certainly not.
