We booked the rental through our travel agent and we LOVED IT! The staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable and walked us through their contracts and waivers. Helmets were included with our rental. We upgraded the bike to the Harley Davidson road glide with touring package. The bike handled like a dream and was really comfortable to ride. The next time we come back to Waikiki we will be renting a bike for more than just a day from them.

THE Best place to find what you need for reasonable pricing and quality gear/equipment to have a great beach day with your family! Highly recommended! Service is spectacular! Our setup with cart included to lug everything around all courtesy of Gogo Rentals owner! The tent shade was wonderful and our kids truly enjoyed the additional sand toys! Thank you again for the awesome customer service!

Must-do for any motorcycle enthusiast. O'ahu is perfect for riding and the motorcycle I rented was well maintained. I had a blast!

I've been missing my motorcycle so some friends and I decided to rent for the day and cruise around the island. The staff was extremely friendly, my bike (Honda Rebel 300) was in beautiful shape, and the location was easy to access. We just parked along the Ala Wai and were able to walk over to the shop. The owner was working the register when we were there and was super attentive - he was helping the guests in front of us but overheard us talking about wanting water and offered some cups for us. Pro-tip, spend the extra few bucks for the Loss Damage Waiver because: 1. better safe than sorry, and 2. they let you have the motorcycle until later in the day. This was perfect for us as we didn't have to rush our cruise around the island. Will definitely be coming back to Cruzin when I need to get in my motorcycle fix!

Rent here everytime I come to Honolulu. Was here in January and rented for 2 days and had no issues. Super easy drop off and pickup, deposits come fast. A lot of bad reviews I see if of them is about keeping deposits. I got reminded 3 times before I left to take a walk around of my moped. So make that the first thing you do. Recently went end of Aug beg of Sept. can't remember names but the crew working morning Sept 1st female at the desk helped us and was very helpful on where to go as it was just me and my girlfriend. We declined the coverage because we only got it for 4 hrs. When declining they're not crazy about it or make it a big deal but they do mention that anything can happened and we'd be responsible. Younger gentlemen was also talking to us about places to eat and what to watch out for. Said he just moved there within the last year or 2. Gave us a rundown on the brand new fleet of mopeds , the do's and donts and off we went. Came back September 3rd with a group of 7 and the same pair of workers helped us and recognized us from a couple days before. We booked for 8 hours and they were able to accommodate us and get us out the office quick. Very helpful again and we all declined coverage again. Except this time literally 5 mins upon departure a lady was on her phone and hit my cousin off her moped causing minor damage to the mopeds paint and brake lever. My cousin had road rash and small cuts on her hands. We sat for about an hour thinking how much this was going to cost us . We exchanged information and enjoyed our day as the moped was still in tact and rideable. Upon our return we immediately told the younger gentlemen with the longer blonde hair about the incident. Never asked questions about the moped , proceeded to pull out a first aid kit and clean her scrapes and bandage it. It made us feel way more comfortable and that the company cared more about her wellbeing. Thank you brother! Now we inspected the moped and he did it all Infront of us so he didn't hide anything from us. We got the bill (which the driver paid for) and he wished us well. Sorry about the moped but I'd have to say my experience is better and better every time I rent with GOGO. highly recommend (they also offer add ons like speakers, glasses, backpacks, phone holders, etc for a small fee)

Traveling is bound to encourage you in trying new and thrilling activities. So it was only a matter of time before we tried riding mopeds for the first time! This is definitely a popular way to transport around on the island and is amazingly efficient on gas. You can book your moped day of but you have a better opportunity of taking these bad boys out if you reserve your slot in advance. We booked ours the day before for six people, premium mopeds too. Checking in does take some time. I advise you arrive about 15 minutes before to give you ample time in choosing the right sized helmet (although not required while riding), having the employee bring your moped(s) out, then giving you a quick demonstration on what and what not to do. We had three women 5'3" and under riding the premiums. It was a little difficult but doable, however, I recommend renting the regular sized moped if you're shorter than this. They're also extremely heavy, be careful! FYI, there is an option to reserve for the whole day. Our reservation was for three hours which sounds like a lot but it goes by fast! We rode all around Waikiki and a little outside of the area too. The fuel gauges on all our bikes didn't even go down, crazy! Cruzin' Hawaii even mentioned to us don't worry about returning it on empty. No wonder! Lol. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely return! Thank you Austin for your patience, great customer service, and perfect group photo of us. We appreciated this! :)

The prices were very reasonable and the staff was great. They clearly explained any additional charges for personal comfort but didn't push them. They also gave recommendations for both cheaper and pricier options depending on my preference. The service was very fast, and they had me out the door quickly. The bike ran great and served its purpose for my wife and me to cruise around. Gas was affordable for the two hours we rode. When we were done, we returned the bike topped off. They did a quick check and sent us on our way. It's worth noting that they do take video to ensure that nothing is hidden, but overall, I highly recommend this rental service.

This is an amazing motorcycle rental company! The staff are very friendly and helpful! They offer kamaina discounts for those locals looking for a day of adventure! I rented a motorcycle for a day and it was awesome! They definitely take care of their bikes and rentals! Highly recommended!

Your go to place for bike rentals. Stopped by and happened to decide to rent some bikes to see the island. The guys there were great and friendly. They have plenty of choices to choose from. From the basic bikes, to the motorized bike and so on. Prices were great, as they offer hourly rates. Chains were also offered for when you needed to lock up the bikes.

My husband and I reserved a couple of motorcycles (Yamaha Bolt and Honda Rebel) to rent for the day from this company and our experience was great...awesome! We first met Tyler (apologies on spelling) a couple days before when we stopped by in person to the facilty. He provided great info and we booked online the next day. We were efficiently serviced by Caitlin and Beau (apologies on spelling) on the day of our rental (Labor Day). My partner loves turtles, which is why we were so eager to find a memorable experience during our next trip. We found the Living Ocean Tours Turtle Canyon experience through Viator and paid about $80/person which we felt was incredibly reasonable. We saw prior reviews stating that the best time to go is early morning, so we decided to take the first boat out. This was honestly a pro tip as we were not only one of three small groups on the boat, but were also the first boat out to the canyon making the experience feel intimate and memorable! We met the amazing crew who were so knowledgable, friendly, and safety-savvy. The ride itself took about 15 minutes each way. Once we arrived, we felt totally confident swimming out with the provided snorkels, life jackets, and flippers after completing the safety lecture. The crew also emphasized protection of wildlife, instructing us to do our very best to stay 10 ft away or more from the turtles. At times, the turtles would come close to us without our knowledge, so we were also instructed on how to gently swim away when this occurred to maintain safe distance. We spent about an hour and a half total in the water, which was more than enough time to see loads of turtles. When it was time to return, we enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks on the boat. Thank you Living Ocean Tours for providing us with the experience of a lifetime! We would recommend Living Ocean Tours to friends, family, or anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and immersive turtle viewing experience!

None of the other guides from other companies got off their boards, let alone free dove 40ft to try to get the reef shark to leave its rock so everyone could see it. She also provided many of our crew with their own free dive instruction so that they could try as well. Amazing trip, amazing sights, even better crew!

I had the hesitation to book it due to the fact my son is on the spectrum and wasn't sure how he was going to react during the experience. Took the chance and made a reservation through Hawaii Ocean Sports. They took us on a boat to access the beautiful Sandbar. It's nestled in the middle of the ocean 3 miles stretch of sand. Unfortunately, we ended up doing the afternoon tour where high tides took place water level up to our necks. During our ride there, we were served lunch consisting of a turkey sandwich, fruits, and a cookie. Very filling as we were on to our destination while we listened to live music entertaining us along the way. Snacks, towels, drinks, and a bar are available for additional cost. As we approached the Sandbar, we were required to do a brief safety class before heading into the beautiful water. My kids and I were surprised how magnificent the Sandbar was. Definitely a true paradise where our dreams came true. I didn't think I would ever experience this kind of beauty. My son and I were terrified at first as we entered the water, but our life jackets saved us as we were floating. Lots of activities offered which are part of the package including SUP, kayaking, volleyball, snorkeling, or relaxing at the dock while sipping on drinks. We mainly enjoyed ourselves floating in the ocean. The current did get a little rough as it started to pour rain right before heading back to the marina. One advice is to head out early onto the boat before everyone does because the changing and bathrooms can get wet with dirty grounds. Music was blasting with great hits as we ended the day. Made my son and I stand up desiring to dance. Truly this is an unforgettable magical experience. You bet I will make a reservation again when we return to Oahu next year!

We know the state now has a lottery that requires you to sign up 2 days in advance, and the tickets go quickly. We did not want to risk not getting to go, so we booked an excursion, as they are given spaces for their guests.I checked the reviews and choices and booked with Hanauma Bay Snorkel Adventures several weeks before our trip. We know that mornings are best for water clarity and calmer surf - and we've found the fish tend to be more abundant in the AM, so we booked the morning slot. We received emails and were told the van would pick us up at our Waikiki hotel at 5:40 a.m. We were waiting a few minutes, and then the van came to our hotel. We climbed in, and with 2 other couples and the driver, we were off in the dark. First stop was their dive shop - on the way, on the other side of Diamond Head. Snorkel gear was distributed (we brought our own), and then we climbed into the van and drove a short distance to the Hanauma Bay entrance. We gathered as a small group and went into the park together (you'll bring $25 cash each person for the Hanauma Bay ticket - not included in the excursion payment). There is a mandatory short movie (around 15 minutes) that is primarily a primer to keep the reef and marine life safe. We took the free tram down to the bay (you can also walk - a bit of a steep hill). They have bathrooms with changing stalls at the beach. We were on the beach as the sun's first rays shone across the bay - it was a beautiful morning. We got in 3 separate snorkel sessions going out into zone 2 (through the buoys and past the first reef) where it's deeper, and we saw greater numbers of fish. If this is your first time snorkeling or you are less experienced, I would caution you to check with the lifeguards on the beach before doing this.About 3 hours later, it was time to pack up, and we took the tram to the top, where we waited a few minutes with the group we traveled with in the morning. Our van showed up and drove us straight back to our hotel. We very much enjoyed the day, but honestly would have preferred to be on our own so we could choose when we wanted to leave. But for many who visit Oahu and stay in Waikiki, this is a good way to snorkel at Hanauma Bay. NOTE: I do see a number of reviews that speak of rude staff and substandard transportation. Fortunately for us, we did not experience any of that on our trip.
