Gabriel was a great host. He provided helpful info on the Triumph Speed 400 I rented and it was in awesome condition. This is the perfect bike to cruise the island. The checkin and checkout process was quick and easy. I would rent from them again.

We arrived around 6 PM, which was fairly close to closing time, so I initially thought that might have explained the attitude we received. The salesperson gave us some information about the moped, but unfortunately, he seemed quite uninterested and barely made eye contact with us. He answered our questions, but the interaction felt very cold and rushed. What made it more noticeable was that there was another customer there who was treated much more warmly and with a much friendlier attitude. When we first arrived, we asked a few questions about the payment options, so perhaps he assumed that we were not serious about buying. However, we actually ended up purchasing the moped that same day. We bought it simply because we were ready to buy one at that moment, and if there had been another place open where we could have purchased a moped, we probably would have gone there instead. To be fair, we have been using the moped for more than a month now and have had no problems with it. So, the product itself has been good and we are happy with the purchase. My disappointment is mainly with the customer service and the way we were treated during the buying process. I believe customer service makes a big difference, especially when someone is making a significant purchase. I hope the staff can be a little more attentive and welcoming to customers in the future.

As he left his lot, it started to rain like it was in the days of Noah. My wife was MAD MAD. I said I am so sorry. So we went around the block was headed back to maybe say this is a bad idea today. We stop at a light and Steve rides up on to encourage us to continue. He said its done now. The sun will come out. You know how Sistas are about their HAIR. WE THE SUN CAME OUT WE DRUED TGE HAIR DRIED. So we had a wonderful 2 1/2 ride around town. THANKS FOR THE EXTRA 30 MIN STEVE. Thanks Steve a brother had to redeem myself with your help she had a blast. Thanks man when we return we will look Paradise Cruisers up. Good Service Steve. From Glendale Arizona.

My gf and I were looking for a 1-2 day moped rental and found this place while strolling down…read moreWaikiki (looks like they have a duplicate location in a different part of Waikiki). I got to say that I was pretty pleased with the overall experience. Admittedly, the mopeds were not new (most had ~6,000mi on them) and had some wear & tear (the horn didn't work on one of them, speedometer was busted on one of them, fuel gauge was busted on one of them, etc.), BUT otherwise they worked fine and we had no problems touring around downtown, Tantalus, Diamond Head, Punchbowl, etc. The guy quoted 90mpg but I think it was probably more like 60-70mpg, not bad, regardless. Cost was $1/hr, so $24 for a full day + ~$6-8 tax (optional insurance, which we declined, was ~$6). When we returned it the guy offered a 2nd day for only $20 (+tax) so apparently there might be some room to haggle and get multi-day discount). most of the other places look to advertise $25-35/day (plus fees), so I figured this was a decent deal. A different reviewer noted problems with them charging her for damage without her knowing after she returned it, so I made sure to meticulously document any damage (mostly scratches) already on the bikes. We didn't have any problem returning it (just make sure to fill the gas when you get back). In retrospect it's probably not a bad idea to take quick phone pics of the bike to have extra documentation what damage was/wasn't there when you picked them up. With respect to service, Ladell was super friendly and laid back, and I think it was Blake that helped us return it. Overall it was a great experience, minus one star for the very-used, slightly busted bikes. I'll definitely consider renting from them again next time I'm here.
