We drop in to check it out every time we're in town and always find something we want or need. They've got regular hardware items, plus all kinds of nuts, bolts, tools, and more. They also have a great selection of nice homewares and cookware, English tea pots, high quality Le Creuset cooking pots, skillets, etc., and small items like mini spatulas. They have a lot more stuff as well. It's nice to see an old, traditional hardware store like this hanging on in a downtown. They have good prices, giving a good value on things we've bought, and service is friendly.

Well, needless to say I was pretty upset because this purchase hadn't paid for itself yet as it was two months new and just past the point when home depot wouldn't take it back. I was told I had to take it to a manufacturer approved repair facility. POE is one for Yard Machines. They took a quick look at it and opened the gas cap to say "you don't have any gas!" Ummm what?! :/ I didn't think it was gas as I had JUST put in gas the day I last used it! I suddenly envisioned my blonde roots exposed (and I'm not naturally blonde)! LOL!!! We weren't sure so he put in a bit of gas in there to test it out instead of making me go back home to fill it and the possibility it wasn't that and bring it back to the shop again. He saved me a trip and repair cost! Thank you! For that, I'll be your first reviewer and fan.
