When I first signed up they had me pick the box up but my internet did not work so they sent out a technician. Come to find out the store actually gave me the wrong box. Later on I see they charged me $100 service fee for the technician coming out to replace the incorrect box. They have multiple internet outages and there is nothing you can do about it but wait. So, good luck if you work from home! My internet would not work properly for almost a week I called in every day! They finally sent someone out to "resolve the issue" and as soon as he left it was the same issue. So they sent a senior tech the very next day. Come to find out cords and the box needed to be replaced after only have it for 5 months! Of course they charged $100 to my account.
