Finally I get my pc and it's making a weird noise for a month I try to contact them nothing and then finally I find out that the fan of the water cooler is damaged most likely on installation and the fan blades are tearing off flying through the inside of my case! I had to pay for another part another tech to install it because when I reached out to them to try to replace the part for me they were unreachable I left voice mail I went to the website and left emails I even drove to the house/business and knocked on he door . Long story short: My sis turned in one item for repair and one item for a "free quote" only. The owner took it upon himself to repair both w/o her permission. When she went to pick up the items, my sis told him that he shouldn't have proceeded w/o her permission, because she didn't want to pay for both immediately. However, she said she'd pay for the first item right then and return in a couple of weeks for the second item. He refused to relinquish either item and took them back behind the counter to 'return them to the condition in which they arrived.' My sis went behind the counter to take back the first item for which she was trying to pay. The owner then lunged at her, shoved her across the floor, and tried to wrangle the item out of her hands!! Seriously folks - I'm telling you the truth here. She then ran out of the store with the item, locked herself in her car, and called the police. The officer arrived, and upon my sis' request, negotiated the release of the small electronic, on the condition that she would not press assault charges. Yep, you heard me right. High pressure hostage negotiation at AAE Electronics. It's all in the official police report. Of course, the owner still has my sis' second item and will apparently be "un-fixing" it and who knows what else. Bottom line - DO NOT EVER take anything to this "man" or his "store!"

Was told it would be 3 to 5 days, dropped it off on tue, didn't bother them or even ask about it tell the following wed. Went up the following wed and was told the battery had no come in. No problem came back in on that fri, was told still no battery. They needed more time, it took another whole week. They didn't offee no discounts no nothing!! I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!
