That was two years ago and we have never had an outage yet! They even called us one time when there was an outage in the area just to be sure we did have service.     My wife had signed up for Gobrolly after hearing and reading such positive reviews. On 12/10/19…read morewhen the local installer came out to our new construction house build, he explained the options for the install would either be the roof, or a pole alongside the house. After a review of the options, it was best determined the roof was the lesser of the unsightly option to pursue. The install went visibly okay until the roofing company came out to inspect their work and noticed GoBrolly's installer had drilled holes into the entire valley of the roof pitch to secure their cabling. All in all a costly repair of $2,400.00. I Received a call from the owner of GoBrolly (aka Rick) who quickly barked to me that I had signed and approved the roof install and that he wasn't going to fo anything. This was followed by over 30 minutes of silence on his part. I thought he'd put me on hold! I finally gave in and stated to him that I found this behavior to be completely childish. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Thirty minutes later, a customer service person called me to say the owner had told her to discontinue our service permanently and refund our install. I found this unbelievable and a terrible example of how a customer is treated through the course of a unique set of unfortunate installation circumstances. We haven't even used the service because we havent even moved in to our house yet! I've been in customer service all my life and I have never, ever experienced a situation like this. I would have expected an owner to take responsibility of the situation and attempt to resolve an issue together. I was not trying to make the Internet company pay for the install of the roof valley, I was wanting to work through the solution to simply move the dish and have a new proper placement but also work with him to try and address the expense I will be out as a result of the roof repair. If this is the way the owner of a company who has strong ties to our community in Paola and Louisberg behaves then I want to make sure no one else goes through the same experience I did. This type of behavior and service is completely deplorable. He should be embarrassed in how he acted to his customer. Hopefully no one else has the same experience.

    This one's a doozy enjoy.. y'all will know me from this, y'all need fired…read more. Called in to ask about phones in stock because the surrounding stores weren't. I was told they had plenty but no max's. I said great I'll be in in 10 min. Got there to no one in the store but 4 employees sitting chatting at the center table. One kid approaches and asked if I was the man who called. I said yes, he said okay we just sold our last one.. I thought he was joking as he had "plenty." Even on a first come first serve you tellin me 0-10(plenty eatimate) people walked in and out and bought all the phones in the 10 min it took me to get there. FUCK NO. Here's the two options of what really happened: 1- this employee sucks at there job, didn't actually check stock when I called, and had to give me the unfortunate news, which is what it is if so but still yet possibly lying about selling the last one 2- given his 3 giggly and eye balling friends watching the convo behind him he lied to my face so he or his friends didn't have to do their jobs in the remaining 2.5 hrs of being open and accomplish making a sale. All in all pathetic excuse for employees, sad thing is I avoided coming to belton knowing the employees might be shit, felt bad for Verizon being proved right that their Belton MO employees may possibly be too immature for a job. Just tried to be a paying customer. Some of us ain't stupid and I should've called y'all's asses out on the spot. Instead I hope you get fired. lol Sorry Verizon. Hmu when someone actually wants to do their job and help. But again is it possible I'm wrong? Sure and if so I'd eat my words, but am I?? We may never know. Just don't come here unless you can deal with shit service.

    I have mixed feelings on this company as a whole. Let's start by saying the internet it self is…read moresuffice. That's pretty much the only compliment I can give out. I live in an area where they only have Xfinity and that is why I use them! I am strongly considering moving just to not have this service. Customer service is okay to say the least. They have an automated system that you can barely get ahold of anyone. When you opt out of receiving text messages they still send them. When I first signed up they had me pick the box up but my internet did not work so they sent out a technician. Come to find out the store actually gave me the wrong box. Later on I see they charged me $100 service fee for the technician coming out to replace the incorrect box. They have multiple internet outages and there is nothing you can do about it but wait. So, good luck if you work from home! My internet would not work properly for almost a week I called in every day! They finally sent someone out to "resolve the issue" and as soon as he left it was the same issue. So they sent a senior tech the very next day. Come to find out cords and the box needed to be replaced after only have it for 5 months! Of course they charged $100 to my account.
