Moving in itself is stressful, so the fact that they were able to help with the car transport made it very helpful. I'll definitely use them again for our future moves and will recommend to anyone that needs car transport. They were transparent with pricing from the very beginning. If you need car transport, please use TOTAL CARE TRANS! You won't be disappointed and they'll make sure the process is seamless. Thank you again!!

I contacted Jimmy Page about transporting a classic car from Oregon to New Jersey. I wanted an…read moreenclosed carrier and I needed the car to arrive no later than a specified date (my travel arrangements depended upon this). Mr. Page provided both verbal and written assurances that the car would be delivered well within my time parameters. At the time I spoke with Mr. Page there were ten days available to get the car to its destination and Mr. Page assured me the transport time would be 4-5 days (this is in July mind you, not the dead of winter). I went so far as to implore Mr. Page not to "overpromise." I wanted to take personal delivery of this car and I could have made other arrangements. My car was not picked up on the specified date, but a day later by Gorban Transportation. As five days stretched into six and seven and eight, my confidence in Mr. Page and Gorban Transportation began to wane. I texted and emailed Mr. Page repeatedly for updates. At one point he testily replied that "transportation is imprecise" and then largely did not reply to my calls, texts, or emails. "Total Care Trans?" My car was finally delivered on day 13. I am 63 years old, been in business for 40 years, and I have never dealt with someone as dishonest as Mr. Page. He is a slick, glib, used car salesman (and that's an insult to used car salesmen). Run, do not walk, away from him and his company.

First and foremost, you have a lot of choices when it comes to repairing or reconstructing your…read morehouse after fire and water damage. Under no circumstances would I recommend you use ServPro in any capacity. We had a fire with extensive damage requiring a full pack out of all our belongings and nine months work of construction to our house. We went with ServPro mainly due to the positive reviews, which is why I'm writing this review today. If I can stop even one family from going through what we did with ServePro then it's worth it. After nine months we are back in our house even though the upstairs is still not finished and the quality of the work throughout the house is incredibly poor. At this point they have stopped work and we do not know when/if our house will ever be restored back to what it was before the fire. On the pack out: Our belongings were delivered back to us damaged. All of the power cords and hardware parts were not delivered at all. Several other items are still missing. On the construction: The absolute ineptitude is too extensive to list. Instead, I will share a few pictures of what was considered "done" by the ServPro crew. Keeping in mind that we had raised concerns about the quality of the work the entire time they were here working on our house. We were told repeatedly that it's part of the process and the finished product would more than meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we had to be here day after day to make sure things were getting done due to multiple things being missed. On top of all of that ServPro also caused damage to our house and property. When ServPro removed our fridge as part of the pack out they left the water line uncapped and damaged the wood floor to the point that the new fridge (old fridge was brought back but no longer worked) is off balance and does not fit properly. The ServPro crew that was initially working on the house had vehicles with oil leaks. Though we pointed this out continuously nothing was ever done about it. The result is permanent oil stains in our driveway and street. We did finally get through to ServPro that the quality was so terrible that we could not move in and they did take action. The entirety of the upstairs had to be redone. They are in the process of doing that work but have now stopped due to not wanting to wait on the money coming from the mortgage company. All of which is beyond our control, but we are the ones left with an unfinished home. If there are further updates, I will post them here. I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. The loss that comes with having a house fire is difficult enough without dealing with the stress, heartache, and pure incompetence of ServPro.

Note that I mentioned my TM model six times in the conversation. I paid and he ordered the cover. I tried to put the cover on and it was not close to fitting. I described the situation to BS Marine and they said they would investigate and call me back. They never called back. After speaking with the cover manufacturer they do not even make a cover for my boat configuration and flatly said the cover ordered would not fit my boat. It should never have been ordered. Now BS Marine will not allow a return and refund stating that I said I had a TM model that I have never owned. BS Marine is totally incompetent and unaccountable. I should have read previous reviews. I wish I could rate a no star rating. If you are looking for a reputable marine dealer, don't stop at BS Marine!!

I was in the market for a Starcraft limited, and Matt told me that Starcraft wasn't producing that model for 2022.... That turned out to be false. Fast forward to November. I have my Starcraft limited. I called the service desk to inquire about de-winterization and to inquire if they could add a fishing package. The response was "when we winterize boats they are already de-winterized". And "we don't do quotes over the phone" ... I wasn't asking for a quote, and I know there is a hell of a lot more to do than to just start up the boat in the spring for de-winterization just by reading the engine manual.... Not helpful in sales... not helpful in service.
