I scheduled everything online, and then I heard from Quinn. He was super friendly and went over all the details with me. Their minimum service time is 2 hours, which totally makes sense because they are just that efficient! If they charged by the hour, they'd be in a tough spot. They arrived, moved our appliances, swept up the area, and took boxes and the table to the basement--all in under an hour! They even asked if I needed anything else done. I was blown away by their awesome service! It was a no-brainer to call them again when it was time to bring the appliances back into the kitchen. We are moving into a brand new build with beautiful hardwood floors. They left a large, deep scratch by not properly moving furniture. I had paid for the extra insurance (up to $5000 I was told). The damage is very obvious. The estimated repair cost is $650. They will not give me more than $250 to repair, so after spending thousands of dollars, including extra for insurance (A SCAM) I will now have to pay for the rest of the repair myself. My son has a move coming up and we are looking elsewhere.
