The one time that they recommended I replace tires they suggested I go to Costco or Sam's Club to get the best deal AND assured me that the tires were warped but not unsafe so I didn't have to panic. They're proof that if you don't upsell or bullshit people, then you'll always have plenty of business. I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. My experience with the staff here was always friendly and they were always willing to make sure that I was taken care of. When I got the car back, it looked like it never was in an accident. The damage to the taillight and the quarterpanel was completely gone. They even had the car vacuumed and washed, though the car wash wasn't needed since it was starting to rain when I picked it up. Anyway, a nice local body shop on State Farm's select list that will do a good job repairing your vehicle.

My headlights came out and after paying $200 to Acura for a diagnosis and a quote of $3K to get it fixed, I called other places. After calling over a dozen places and experiencing over a week+ timeframe or lack of respect at some places, I landed at Custom Creations. He was very kind, efficient, respectful and will do what he can. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue within less than 15 minutes and saved me thousands, which I can't say the same for others. When our Acura was badly damaged in an accident last fall the tow truck driver recommended this…read moreplace as a good place to get high/higher end cars repaired. He said that the dealerships bring their cars to them because they know that they will repair every detail, not just the exterior damage. Because our car is our baby we gladly agreed and had the car towed to them. Eveland Bros called the next day to confirm they had the car and to talk about the damage. I was able to speak with the repair technician directly who described to me the process of insurance and repair as if he had all the time in the world to answer my questions. They kept in contact with me during the entire process of inspecting the car for damage, removing various parts to search for frame and other unseen damage. They explained what type of damage would cause structural problems for the car possibly compromising the integrity of the vehicle's safety. After having been in an accident where the car's safety mechanisms had saved me and my husband from injury, we were concerned about having it repaired correctly. Sadly in the end the car was totaled. However, Eveland Bros. helpful nature did not end there. When I came to collect everything from the car a technician came out to help me carry things from the Acura to our rental and even got a tool to take off the license plates for me. I was so thankful as it was emotional to say goodbye to our car :( Call me silly, but I love my cars. If we ever have any car damage problems in the future this is where I will have the car taken. If your family's safety is your concern, this is the place to have your car repaired, however, if you are just looking for a cheap fix, go somewhere else.

Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.
