Best poke spot in the Bay Area. Great selection of poke and toppings to fill up your bowl. I get the signature poke and gomae sesame shrimp. The signature poke is ahi tune wit green onions and onions wit ponzu and sesame oil i believe. Of course the poke is really fresh. Been my go to spot for 2+ years for poke and will continue be. They also have Thai that they make in house. Haven't tried it yet but will try it next time. 5/5 Service is great, from being welcomed in and being helped right away. Fast service. 5/5 Ambiance inside is bright. Clean. Limited seating inside. No outdoor seating unfortunately.

I love go fish! Been going here for 10 years now :) I always go out of my way to go here. My fav poke spot. I love their imitation crab, spicy scallops, & sesame shrimp. It's always super fast service here and not too busy. This plaza is usually super packed but I love how they have a designated parking spot. Makes things so much easier to quickly pick up my order.

Build your own poke bowl 4/5 - fish was decently fresh. They don't give a lot of fish though. I got the 3 scoops and it was very small scoops. They added too much furikake than I would have liked. A lot of the toppings were an extra charge so it can get very pricey.

Located right between the bakery and the market, this poke spot ended up being a great find for a quick lunch. Walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly smiles and some great recommendations from the staff. The ordering process was easy and fast, and everything behind the glass looked super fresh. I went with rice as my base and chose five scoops of fish, including salmon and spicy tuna, and piled on the toppings. The aioli is always my go-to for sauce at any poke place and theirs had a nice balance without being too heavy. What really surprised me was the yam noodles my friend had in theirs. They had great texture, no weird tastes, and held up well with the mix. The place is very customizable so it's easy to make it your own. It's more of a take-out vibe but perfect if you're on the go. The parking lot is a good size too which makes everything more convenient. I'll definitely swing by again when I'm in the area.

I had a chance to try Go Fish Poke Bar which is kind of like a chipotle but for fresh poke bowls! The ambiance is casual and service is good. For my bowl I got the spicy salmon poke with yam noodles with crab salad. I can say for sure that the fish here is really good and fresh and was well marinated. The yam noodles although a nice healthy options were not my favorite- I think I am definitely a rice girl! Would go back to try more bowls here!

We ordered online this time. I was surprised by how many base options this restaurant had! Usually, you'd expect rice or salad, but they also offered nachos and noodles, which was pretty interesting. I went with a half salad and rice base this time, but I'd love to try the other options next time. The prices were reasonable, and I liked that there were so many toppings to choose from!

Not my best picture but I got the Regular Poke Bowl with shrimp, scallops, and shoyu poke. Also got some additional toppings.

It's a small place with limited seating, but I love coming here. I usually get the regular poke to-go with half brown rice and half salad. My go-to proteins are the spicy scallops, sesame gomae shrimp, and the limited-time shoyu poke. I also add onions, masago, ginger, Gilroy garlic furikake, and green onions. So delicious! The employees are always nice and fast too, which makes the experience even better.

Used to be one of my favorite poke spots in the bay, and would even drive 30 min out of the way for it, but been recently disappointed with their price and portion sizes. Ordered a large which comes with 5 scoops of protein. Most other poke spots (shoutout poke house) uses regular ice cream-sized scoopers but go fish poke has swapped out theirs with tiny ones that ive used before for bite size cookies. I will say, however, that the taste is still fresh, and toppings provide a satisfying crunch to an otherwise fatty protein. Just don't be alarmed to feel a little under-satisted for a ~$20 meal

After trying to find my go-to poke spot in San Jose, I still think Go Fish is the one! Their gomae sesame and chili sesame sauces are things I can't find anywhere else, and they are SO good together. Fish is buttery as always. Portions are mostly consistent. I'd say bowls are cheaper on average than other spots, but you get less variety in toppings.

Go Fish Poke Bar is exactly what I want out of a to-go poke place: conveinient, lots of variety, good quality ingredients, and a reasonable price. Of course, poke is expensive anywhere, but considering how customizable all their meals are, and the amount of fish they give, I feel it more than justifies a lunch out every once in a while as a treat. My experience with the servers has always been good - they really know their menu well, and tend to be generous with toppings amounts. The inside seating is limited, if you do want to eat in, but they have a couple tables, and the shop, though small, is well lit and very modern. Their menu ranges from the simplest possible base + fish, to relatively more complicated seasonings, dressings, and garnishes. In my experience, they ahve something for everyone, regardless of your poke preferences, including a tofu option if you don't feel like fish. Plus it is located in a great shoppping center, with plenty of dessert and drink options right across the parking lot if you aren't already full on your way out!

Kids meal with Shoyu Ginger Chicken and yuzu lemonade. What a great deal

I took a chance on the kids meal bc I wasn't feeling poke and dang the chicken was hella tasty and such great value for money

Go Fish Poke Bar is the gold standard for poke bowls in the South Bay. I've been coming here since they opened in 2016 and they been knocking it out of the park ever since. It's easily a Top 5 go-to meal for me in all of the San Jose area. The fish is fresh, the portions are generous, and I've received nothing but impeccable service from the staff every time I've been. If you are looking for recommendations, you can't go wrong with the Signature Poke Mix which features ahi tuna and they recently added a new Seared Salmon Shoyu Poke Mix which is equally delicious. I always opt to add avocado as I think it adds a wonderful creaminess to the bowl but it's not essential. If you are getting any of the other fish options you get to choose a sauce to dress it in and I highly recommend the Spicy Togarashi Mayo which provides just the right amount of heat without being overpowering. I've tried a number of other poke restaurants in the area and they just can't quite live up to the standard set by here. My only complaint? That Go Fish isn't located closer to my house so I could go even more frequently, though it's probably a blessing for both my wallet and my waist line.

Great Poke, great flavors, unfortunate small portions. Overall I enjoyed the Dressed to Impress Poke Bowl and the sauce used was very enjoyable however the amount of fish and seafood included was below my expectations. Pros - Fresh fish and other seafood - The recommended bowls seem well thought out and I would be happy to come back and try the rest of the menu if they start filling the bowls with more rice and toppings Cons - Portion size, there was very little fish and you can see the side walls of an already shallow bowl. There are plenty of other Poke places that I would consider first because of this

The food here is so good, miso crab is impossible to find on the east coast so this is a must if you're from the east coast!

I also liked how seaweed salad was included as a topping! The portion size is good for the price you pay. One thing I would change is that the sushi rice was more on the colder side and I would've liked it to be room temp/warmer like how other places have it. I had spoken with the owner at the time--who was very kind--and based on that interaction, I chose to take my earlier review down. Unfortunately, this experience left me just as disappointed as before. I placed an order through DoorDash and received it about 45 minutes later, which I understood since the app noted they were busier than usual. No issue there. The problem started when I checked the receipt on the sealed bag--it had my name and all the correct ingredients listed. However, when I opened it (and it was clearly still sealed, so not a driver issue), it turned out to be someone else's order entirely, with completely different items. This is very similar to my previous experience, where part of my order was missing altogether. At this point, it's hard to justify giving them another chance. It's especially frustrating because the food itself has been great when it's correct. Issues like this point to a lack of quality control, whether that's from insufficient training or not taking enough care when preparing orders. Poke isn't cheap, so when mistakes like this happen--especially more than once--it's incredibly disappointing. Sadly, this will likely be the last time I order from here.

They had two kiosks and one cashier taking orders, so the process still moved along at a decent pace despite the crowd. At first glance, the regular portion didn't seem like that much food, but it ended up being surprisingly filling. This is one of those affordable poke spots that's been around forever, and I can see why it's lasted. It's solid, reliable, and satisfying without breaking the bank.
