The space is small and very casual - it gets busy so be sure to get there early or be prepared to order takeout. A good place to go with friends to try a lot of Chinese Dim Sum items. They are tasty, but I agree with some of the other reviews that it was all too salty. Most dishes came out with 3-6 pieces so it makes it very convenient to share. Everything is authentic and the workers were helpful and a lot of fun to be around. I don't eat pork but ordered almost everything else on the menu. I enjoyed eating most of the food, especially with the chili oil, and loved learning about all of it from the staff. I had lunch here today with four friends. We ordered nine dim sum items plus a plate of fried rice with egg and pork. It was more than enough for all of us and quite tasty. My only complaint is that the food is too salty. The dim sum items ranged from two pork and cabbage spring rolls ($3.79) to popcorn chicken ($8.49). The overall bill came to $81.50 including tax and tip, or about $16 per person. A bargain, in my opinion, and I usually gripe about restaurants being overpriced. This is an order-at-the-counter place, but they do bring you your food. You eat out of little paper containers. They don't provide a knife to cut the items for sharing; when we asked them for one, it was a big negotiation but they finally gave us a knife. There's nothing special about the decor or service; come for the food. One other negative: they don't have Chinese hot mustard. read more

I love me some Dim Sum! The Dim Sum was good here but the experience is lacking, meaning the food was good but expensive and it took a lot to make me feel not hungry. It is a at too bright, it's like being in an interrogation room. This place is very cute and a nice restaurant to go for finger food. The crispy chicken dumplings and the steamed chicken dumplings are to die for. They're very tasty. The pork bun was okay. It was my first time having a bao bun so I'm not 100% confident in my review of it but it was good! The filling was somewhat sweet. The one thing I wouldn't get again is the Taro milk tea with brown sugar boba. It was too powdery and grainy and I couldn't even finish it. We started with the sesame balls and Portuguese egg tarts. Both amazing but should be saved for dessert since they are both on the sweeter side. The popcorn chicken had great crunch and delicious spices. The star anise was the star. Not in an overwhelming way but delicately complimented the chicken. The dumpling were all tasty but the soup ones could've used a bit more broth. Pork bao buns were standard. We also had the salted egg yolk custard bun. The flavor was there but the texture was off. You order at the register and they bring your food out. I got three vegan items: mushroom dumplings, pepper tofu, and red bean sesame balls. All 3 were reasonably priced. The dumplings were stuffed with mushrooms, they were my favorite but not very flavorful. Next I enjoyed the red bean balls but very oily. The flavor was mild which I enjoyed. The tofu while most popular was inedible. It was too salty and I love salt, but I couldn't eat it. Maybe it was an off day. Good Dim Sum is hard to find in Tucson, but this place has a great location, and a good variety of dim sum! It isn't the best Dim Sum I've had, but it's still pretty good. Every time I've come in, the staff has always been extra friendly. The prices here are pretty decent in my opinion, and you can easily get 2 options and boba for less than $20. On my most recent visit I got the popcorn chicken and it was so crispy and moist! I would say it's a little over salted, but I'd prefer that over under seasoned chicken.
