The office is clean and comfortable, and Jennifer at the front desk is so friendly and professional. Jeovani was amazing to work with--super helpful, responsive, and just genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. What really impressed me is that Jeovani even helped me with another car that had some scratches and a foggy headlamp, free of charge. That kind of service is rare. This was my first experience dealing with a body shop and insurance claim, and I definitely made the right choice picking this spot. Hillel, Peter, and Ruben were all super knowledable and were able to provide the needed information, assurances, and decisions I needed to know. C&C Collision handled all the exchanges between my insurance, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The team really did go above and beyond, with a complimentary wash & polish at the end; vehicle pick-up felt like taking delivery of a brand new car all over again. If you need a body shop, C&C Collision should be at the top of your list. You can leave your ride with them, and have full confidence that they will get the job done right!

My daughter and I initially came in because we thought her front bumper needed to be replaced. Patrick took the time to look at the car carefully and explain that because of damage to an adjoining panel, simply replacing the bumper would likely lead to additional work and significantly more expense. What impressed me most was that he wasn't focused on selling us the most expensive repair. Instead, he talked us through our options and suggested a much more practical solution for the condition of the car right now. We came back a couple of days later, and he took care of it quickly and got everything looking much better than it did before. Patrick was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely considerate of our budget. It is rare to encounter someone in any business who seems more interested in helping a customer make the right decision than in maximizing what they can charge them. We left extremely appreciative of the time and care he gave us. If we do need more extensive body work in the future, Hi-Quality Auto Body will absolutely be the first place we go. Thank you, Patrick, for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I picked up my 2022 Lexus ES 350 this afternoon, and I was wowed. My car looked like I had just purchased it. They repaired my left quarter panel, which had previous damage, as well as my rear bumper that was damaged in the accident. The repairs came out perfect. Thank you, Patrick, for taking great care of me and making me feel like customer #1. He even went through all the lights with me and touched up my left rocker molding, which had a lot of wear and damage from my wheelchair, as well as the inner pillar where I step into the car. That extra attention to detail really meant a lot because they didn't have to do that. I highly recommend this anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service.

Super convenient that he's mobile, and the whole repair was done in under two hours. He even gave me a progress update about halfway through and went above and beyond by painting the cracks in my bumper since he had extra primer on hand. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. Payment was easy--he accepts Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Also, he provides a five-year warranty on the repair, which gave me peace of mind. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but honestly worth it for the speed, quality, and convenience. He was very patient, professional, and had excellent customer service throughout the whole process. The repair itself is flawless, panel gaps, paint match, everything lines up like it came off the line that way. On a G-Wagon that's not a given; plenty of shops will happily take a swing at one and hand you back something that's almost right. This isn't that. But the part that really made the difference was the insurance side. Dealing with the at-fault carrier is normally a part-time job you didn't apply for, endless calls, lowball estimates, supplements that go nowhere. Alex handled all of it. He knew exactly what to push back on and how to document it, and I basically just got updates instead of headaches. Zero fighting on my end. He also does diminished value reports, which I didn't even know was a thing I should be asking about. A car like this loses real money on paper just from having an accident on the record, and he walked me through recovering that. If you've been hit and nobody's mentioned diminished value to you, ask him about it. Bonus: the man knows the local food scene better than most people who write about it for a living. Ask him where to eat while you're waiting, I got better recommendations there than from any app. Highly recommend. Ask for Alex.
