I love this gym! It's located in town, with tons of metered street parking in front. Bring quarters or parking after 6 pm is free! Your first class is free if you DM or email coach Justin. I tried a class for free on a whim thinking there's no way I'm going to drive to town regularly just for a workout. I loved the first class so much that I went once a week for the first month (June). I decided to upgrade to twice a month in July, and saw really good gains in my strength, so for August I'm trying 3 classes a month! There are various classes and schedule times available. Membership packages come in monthly packs of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24 classes. I'm glad I joined right before the prices went up a bit. The prices are still very reasonable, especially since I was once an Orange Theory member $$$. I stopped going to 24 hour fitness over a year ago because of covid, and it's so packed in there all the time that it would give me anxiety even pre-pandemic. I love that all of the classes are women only (I've only taken one class where one guy showed up other than coach Justin). The only coed class is technically the Biceps and Curls class. I'm excited for more classes to be added on. Classes are generally limited to 8-10 people, with some classes being more full than others. My favorite classes are the Booty Camp and Booty Building classes. They will be moving in a few months to a bigger location. My dream is for there to be a Kapolei location so my lazy self doesn't have to drive to town anymore. They do follow Covid protocols and masks are worn during class with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available. Bring a towel! read more

Since I started Glute University, not only has it affected my overall well being but I also met some of the most amazing people along the way. I look forward to coming to class everytime! I absolutely love everything about Glute University! I was feeling really insecure with myself and I knew I needed a change so a friend referred me to check them out and it is one of the best decisions I ever made. Justin, Ka Nani, Katie, Jamie & Treena are nothing short of amazing. They are motivating, supportive, knowledgeable and so much FUN! The classes are intense but you can go at your own pace or challenge yourself more. I also love the fact that the classes are women only so it feels very comfortable. They also have a plethora of different classes you can take to reach your own personal body goals. (LOVE THE DIVERSITY). The support system Glute University has created is so empowering, all of the women and Justin are so kind and make you feel right at home. After every class I leave feeling amazing even if the workout killed me hahaha. I noticed my body changing and I'm finally starting to see results only 3 months in. If you're looking for a new trainer / workout place Glute University is it! Thank you Justin for creating such a bomb ass safe space for women to reach their body goals. read more

A M A Z I N G!!! If I could give more stars I would!! What Coach Konia has created at Glute U seriously is spectacular. GluteU is an ALL FEMALE gym. No boys allowed! It has given me a safe place to workout without any creeps in the back lurking. It is a judgement free zone! But it's more than just that...it's a FEMALE EMPOWERMENT ZONE. Sorry boys! I have been working out at Glute U for over a year now. The only regret I have is not taking before and after pics and recording and logging more of my workouts! Holy moly I have become so much stronger this past year! Originally I had joined so that I could get ready for my wedding in Sept '21 but GluteU had become a part of my weekly routine very quickly. I wasn't going to just fit into my dress...I was going to become a better me. I am so thankful for the all the coaches at Glute U that have pushed me to be better and stronger. They have all built my confidence to a level I didn't even think was possible. Coach Konia pushes all of us to be better not only in the gym but also in our daily life (eating healthier and increasing our daily activities) and even advocates for us to be better people within our community. He truly cares about his clients and everyone around him. He really has a passion to help others. Coach Hana and Coach Jamie are awesome too! They really help with perfecting your form and ensure that you do the exercises correctly. I love their input and ability to push me to places I didn't think I would go. They truly challenge me to strengthen my weaknesses. Coach Katie is so fun! If you take her booty building class at night it's almost like the club meets the gym but without the creepy dudes staring and watching you from behind She really creates a cool environment and the neon lights in the gym really set the tone! Coach Trina is a whole package! Not only does she push us to be better and challenges us in the gym, she can cook! She prepares meal preps for the gym and makes sure that we stay on track! Coach Ka Nani is the sweetest! The SLOTH QUEEN! She encourages everyone and pushes us as well! She genuinely cares about everyone and always asks how life is going. She's seriously a radiant being! I'm so thankful and so proud to be a part of the GluteU family! It's become my zen zone and place to escape the hectic world. I tell all my friends about it and can't wait to continue to grow and become a better me! read more

I've trained at 3 other gyms in the past (2 larger commercial gyms, 1 smaller gym) and after training at Glute U ( @glute.university ), I can confidently say I'll never be returning to a standard gym again. Glute U provides the safest, most female-friendly environment. Most classes offered are all female classes (with the exception of 1 co-Ed class). For the first time in my life, I found a gym that actually caters to their women clientele. The support from the Glute U coaches are only matched by the class attendees. I highly recommend this gym to all my friends. It's become almost a "girls outing" for us. If you want REAL results (upper body strength, waist shrinking, booty growing), make sure to check them out! Ive personally been training with Coach Justin Konia ( @coachkonia ) for 2 years now, with no end in sight. read more

Started classes here in February and have been going weekly since! All of the coaches are amazing and really push you to grow and get stronger. I'm part of the minority of women that like to train upper body vs legs and glutes. This class forces me to, and I love it! Justin always catches me sandbagging and gets me to push myself to get stronger. I've definitely noticed a difference in my strength since starting here. As an introvert it's so nice to have a safe place to train legs and booty without having to worry about men bothering you or trying to "help with your form" lol. Highly highly recommend these classes! read more

I've been here for a year already & I've watched this gym grow into something powering. It's an all girls gym so there's no stress over being judged. We all have our set goals & everyone cheers each other on & everyone is so welcoming to those who are new. The coaches are also very strong women (+ Justin LOL), they help us get that summer body we need all year round!! The atmosphere & the people I've met have been a wonderful experience. I love how there's all sorts of age differences because all these moms are lifting heavier than all the men out there !! You'll gain muscle & friendships here :) read more

I've been a member for almost about a year (coming up) and I couldn't be more happier with how my my fitness journey/ growth has progressed! All thanks to the amazing coaches at Glute University, whose given me the ability to push myself to limits I didn't think was possible and continued to mentor me both physically and mentally. Thanks Coach Justin for creating a space for us to workout were we can have confidence in our own bodies and be able to train in a fun, no judgement (on your skill level) environment! read more

I love the Glute U family! The coaches and everyone I workout with are super awesome. I had been looking for somewhere to exercise/build strength for a long time. I never really worked out before and hated going to other gyms not knowing what I should do, how to use the machines, and that uncomfortable feeling of being stared at (even if no one was actually staring). Signing up for a membership at Glute U. was the best decision, the classes are small and girls only so it was a really comfortable environment and Coach Konia takes the time to help and adjust the routines for whatever level you're at. All the girls at the gym have a really positive and encouraging energy and from day one I never felt judged for my level or ability. I've also tried classes from the other coaches here and each coach has a different style (they will hit real different!) but they all still keep the same encouraging, friendly, and knowledgeable environment. If you're thinking about it, don't! Sign up for a class and try it out! You won't regret it. read more

Justin and all of the coaches at Glute University are hands down the best I have trained with! Justin has created a safe, welcoming and empowering space for women to train comfortably. The workouts are tailored for women's bodies and what I love the most about the gym is each coach has their own style of training. The classes are just 50 minutes of your day and you leave feeling so strong. After training with Justin for just under a year (10 months to be exact) I managed to drop 51Lbs and built lean muscle. He offers lots of classes to keep your body healthy and strong! Everyone in the gym has amazing, positive attitudes and we all support one another in our fitness goals. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! read more

If you're looking for a gym to join, Glute University is it!! I love it not only for the fitness aspect, but also the atmosphere of uplifting women! I was always interested in weight lifting but wasn't sure how to get started or what I should even be doing. I didn't want to hurt myself, so I figured a personal trainer would be a good start. I started seeing Coach Konia in March, and I've lost 20 lbs since! I will never go anywhere else. He teaches you proper form, comes up with a variety of circuit workouts, and gives great advice on how to achieve your goals. Because of him, I was able to build enough upper body strength to start pole fitness classes as well! It had always been a dream of mine to do pole classes for fun, but I couldn't without strength & conditioning training, which I got a lot of at Glute U. I was climbing up the pole in no time and people always compliment my physique! Whatever your fitness goals are, there are plenty of classes / trainers at Glute U that will help you reach them. We're not only friends in the gym, but a lot of us women are also friends outside of it. Join our fitness family! read more

Joining Glute University under Coach Konia was THE best decision I made in 2020. A new gym can be a daunting experience but even on my first day, I felt welcomed! Since starting around Oct/Nov of 2020, I've lost 15lbs of fat (3lbs of visceral) and gained LOTS of muscle. I'm talking toned, shaped, and slowly on the way to abs....don't even get me started on the fact that I gained a BOOTY. Do you know how great it feels to take all the groceries inside in one trip? Or be able to hip thrust over 200/300/400lbs? How about that feeling of putting a bikini on and you look so good you just keep checking yourself out like "woooow whatta babe!". Shopping for clothing is finally fun again. I've gained a tremendous amount of confidence and am grateful for the friends I've made. Even on days where you aren't 100%, the ladies are all supportive. The Booty Camp, Booty Boxing and Booty Building classes are my favorite. I also suggest adding in the Stretch class with Princess! At the end of the day, the number on the scale no longer matters to me. It's all about taking care of my health and being my version of strong! If you are reading this and are thinking of joining, do it! I'll see you in class :D read more

I highly highly recommend this gym as it is a great atmosphere and helps keep you accountable with your fitness goals! read more
