The owner, Jody, has over 15+ years of gym and fitness experience, as well as a degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Kinesiology. Paying attention to details is highly important as a personal trainer as to avoid injury and help clients attain their goals as efficiently as possible. It doesn't matter what your goals are, custom training plans, meal plans, and the added use of supplements can improve health, increase energy, and give you the body you always wanted.

History
Established in 2012.
Competing in sports as a child - soccer, BMX, MotoX, basketball, football, and track, Jody, fell in love with living an active lifestyle. Playing sports and competing eventually led to competitive Bodybuilding. Here in Hawaii, Jody became the Ikaika Classic Overall Bodybuilding Champion in 2014 and the Heavyweight Champion at the 2016 Aloha Muscle.
Jody's clients have ranged from military service members, doctors, competitive athletes, as well as people purely looking to make a life change. With great success, clients have gone on to win Bodybuilding competitions, conquer Spartan Races, taken state records at Powerlifting meets, overcome health conditions, and developed not only their physical bodies, but evolved their minds where anything is possible.

Meet the Business Owner: Jody W.
Started competing in bodybuilding when I was only 17 years old. I studied the human body and everything involved such as nutrition, exercise, supplementation, and so on from a very young age. After High School, I attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa and earned my Bachelors in Kinesiology Rehabilitation Sciences (10-year board accredited program). Over 10 years of schooling and experience, in addition to continual self-study to logically decipher between new-found technologies and advancements in the the exercise/nutrition industry.
