When it came to the pedicure she sat on her phone while my toes were curing and I must of sat there for an extra 5-10 minutes waiting for her to stop scrolling. Respectfully do that on your own time. She only massaged one leg which was strange and they definitely were judging me the whole time. I have curly brows and she cut all those hairs out instead of working with my hairs and brushing them into place to appear fuller at the front and thinner at the ends like I showed her. I left crying and I wanted to requests a full refund because I am shocked. I've never had brows this bad. This needs to be remediated please. I'm from out of town and I really wanted to love my experience as she has so many great reviews but unfortunately this was not the experience for me. I'm in tears and devastated.
